Just a random thought.

I think some of the guys at CIC would be aware of this forum and this thread in particular.

Just trying to imagine what would be their reaction of seeing desperation of some of the applicants :) ;D

I hope they're not doing so cuz they should be working in our apps not reading this forum hehe

Posting again..let me know if anyone has an idea about this

hi guys..I have a query
I am a Sep 18th applicant for 2171..so it is still a long wait for me (hoping to be in the CAP).
while i was browsing other posts regarding obtaining PCC in India, i got this doubt, please clarify

i am currently staying in hyderabad in one my relative's house (for more than an year)..
as i am with my relatives house i don't have any kind of proof like rent agreement or electricity bill or mobile bill..
My passport is issued in a different city and it is a different address.
Can you suggest how should I go about getting PCC ?

don't worry friend it was the same case for me. go to passport web site and schedule an appointment with passport seva Kendra from where you got your passport.

PCC issued by passport sevakendra is valid for all india. If they ask your current whereabouts etc, just tell them that you still stay there .

lol

You should have received instructions in the email on how to pay. It is 490 CAD per adult over 18. In my case, I was sent an email with a URL to the website to pay. You go to the site, create an account and put the number of applicants and it will show the amount and then you pay by CC. You receive a receipt that you have to send to the address sent to you in the RPRF email

Dear thanks a lot for the info.

Guys,

When you get your file back how do you know if they have rejected it based on your experience? I think they mention important information and experience thing for everybody on the front page of that letter but its not listed in the attached appendix.
I got a rejection letter and also saw another applicant's letter. Apart from the general important info about following instructions, using the most current forms etc, there must be a paragraph to state what the specific issue with your own application is. In my case they stated clearly that the experience letter from "ABC company" did not include enough details (roles) to enable them determine my suitability for the NOC I applied. I didn't get a checklist/appendix as that was the only issue with my package.
Hope this clears your question

Thanks God & everyone in this forum, it seems I have received my AOR!

Although there's an odd thing, my AOR came from Paris Visa office, it should had been sent to Ankara! Is there any delegate? Should I worry?

Those processing times are out of date. Even for the slowest VOs it likely won't take more than 2 years.

Well, that's good to know. In that case, I wish London VO is one of the slowest processing VOs! It'd be great to have PR after 2 years, allowing me time to get UK PR and then chose whether to live in Canada or not!

so tell me one thing - when they issue PCC, does it not have any address printed on it ?
