My wife has 17 brothers and sisters

In form IMM5406-Additional family information form I couldn't get all birthdates of her brothers/sisters for 7 of them I wrote "unknown".

Will that be a reason for rejection?

No, but I suggest you to explain why they are unknown.

I knew that it is needed for sponsoring them later-on, and I was thinking to omit those whom I don't know their birth-dates, then made my mind to be given as much accurate information as I can.

You made the right choice. Omitting them would have been misrepresentation.

you will again have to wait 3 months atleast to get payment charged and another one month avg to get per.

i m amazed that again u applied and wanted to use CC........i dont know why even after reading thousand times people still use CC and takes its risk without mitigating them! wish u good luck but u should have used DD the very first time and this time as well.

I believe you should be good to inform them over the mail and then send all the required documents.

for question 12.a and 12.b do I need to enter my job designation or NOC 2172 - database analyst ?

Guys do u have any idea how our packages are put on wait for future completeness check. I meant after received by mike pet etc, how they put in waiting list for pending completeness check.

Checked status on CIC website .It is saying that file received on 9th June and is in process.

Please never mind. I Cannot but laugh hearing 18 productions!!! They never stopped!!! hahaha... . First of all, Congratulations to your parents-in-law...
Secondly, no issue as you already sent your application. Don't worry, you wont have any problem getting PER I believe.
