I have an advice for you ,i am not a senior on this forum ,so you can just take this and still wait for some seniors suggestions , but you need to check with your NOC for the job duties , people have mentioned many a times that Job details and description are what CIC is looking for ( basically a tabulated formature of all the job duties for that particular NOC) , the Job title of purchasing agent or officer does not really matter.

This info is to the best of my knowledge and its your choice if you wanna dig further., the reason for me replying is that you pasted your questions multiple times and no one replied hence i wanted to provide an answer that should give you some calm nerves !!

absolutely , the employment requirements mentioned on the CIC website are required and are one of the requirements your application is evaluated with other things as your education , age , language ability , all that comprises for your application to be eligible and to get a score of 67 or more.

How come 8 July applicants are being charged....I applied 4 July and recieved on 11 July. I am worried now. One more question is there a particular time of the day wen cc are charged.

i dont think it will be problem. i have only 1,5 of purchasing manager experience and i applied.

i have a work ex of 1 year as purchasing manager. But on HRSDC website, below the job duties, there is a section of employment requirement. I am concerned with that. Will the see that too and is that for working in India or in Canada or for CIC evaluation ?

Go to passport seva kendra site .create your username and password and login then .apply for pcc and select the country= canada and make payment of rs 500

Remember: Don't take time slot for PCC

hello it's mandatory to issue PCC from passport seva kendra or is acceptable if it was issued from local police station.
because i have already submitted with my application which was issued by local police station.

People getting charge report here and update the SS , and i did not understand your question , people with app rec date 8th june are getting charged and hence your app 11th june should be next .. 8th June getting charged is a happy news for you as well !!
