We don't have lead statement on the reference letter but duties mentioned can relate to the lead statement. Does it mean that our application will be rejected?

No it won't be rejected , as long as all the essential duties were sufficiently reflected on the letter.

Can i send the same application set back with the missing document that they have listed ( Engineering degree copy), or do i need to prepare the complete application again?

A lot of the forms have been changed. So do apply as a new application. Need to update POF, current employment letters, DD (if not CC), PCC.

CIC seems to have slowed down a lot. Not seeing too many applications being charged. At this rate, they would take probably another month to reach August!

need suggestion from senior.
I am October applicant & my file completeness check is expected in DEC as per current pace & PER review may b in January.
I am holding up settlement fund in my salary account but I need to borrow as much as I can to someone.

Can I borrow it now & by the time my processing starts I will have enough balance from salary & borrowed money are not expected to be returned soon.

Any thoughts if I should take this calculated risk by borrowing my next 2.5 months salary to someonw now or should not touch the settlement fund at all?

1st one is incomplete mail from there side so that they send me second mail after 15 min.

If you decide to reply, you will have to check for those forms that have been updated since your last application . I believe its better you fill the updated forms. (That's just my thought)
