I had filed my FSW application on July 05 and have not received any email acknowledgment so far. I am anxious because my address has changed since then and I don't know how to update it.

You should definetely mind your language. I just refered you to a free encyclopedia article. You can edit it, if you think it's biased rather than throwing sh*t on the fan in our nice community. And if you prefer to get the discussion on personal level, I take no pride in the actions of my government, and I am more critical of it than most of the hawkish foreign media. If somebody decided to say that most Russians are brainwashed by state propaganda and military frenzy (especially in the form of a joke), I would only give +1 for that. Having said that, I reaffirm there is no racial arguement in Jaxon's joke. He was refering to an established mem, that is based on illegal activity of a PORTION of the Nigerian nation, whose activity is found illegal by Nigerian government.

i can see the ECAS,using my previous UCI no, -" IN process" 'you application was received on 25th June". but i have not received the PER mail. My cc was charged on 10th October. i want to know if it means i have passed the Eligibility Review? can anyone please help me understand?

It means that the eligibility determination review is in process. It regularly takes two weeks at most from the charge date to receive PER. Good luck with your application.

Now about your Wikipedia link, I just supplied something positive in my post and I do hope you learn how to write something positive about other countries next time instead of digging out negative propaganda.

Thanks for understanding. But pls note that an eye for an eye will only make the world blind as someone had said earlier. You have only 4 posts to your name and almost created a storm here on this peaceful forum. To date, there has never been an issue of this kind on this forum because people take things sportingly. Jaxon didn't have any malafied intentions when he posted his joke, but your post seemed to be just a befitting reply to him, which could have been avoided. You could have requested Jaxon politely, that you didn't like it and asked him to remove it.

Anyways, Jaxon, would request you to pls delete your post if it hurts peoples feelings for the sake of group harmony and peace which is of utmost importance to us.

Also, do you have any canadian immigration site links which talks about gift deeds and their acceptance by review officers?

As long you have supporting documents you are fine and can show it in your Fund where you are not liable to pay it back.
