If i added my wife and 2 kids in the Generic Application Form (IMM0008) and showed the POF just form me. Because i am planning to bring my family after i got settled over there. Will the CIC accept my application ?

certainly not. if you choose them to be dependent now you have to show POF exactly now.

Our application received on May 2nd to CIC. we have received Medicals and FBI check request in June 3rd week. We have submitted Medicals on July 9th, and sent them a request to extend the time to get FBI report, but we have received and submitted FBI report before the due date, paid the fee online and sent them the receipt of it.

So Medicals submitted, Fee paid, FBI report and bank statements everything submitted Arount August 2nd week. Till now no response from them. Now it is almost 3.5 months from medicals submitted, 2 + months from FBI report submitted. No response so far. If any of you know what could be the reason, please suggest. Really worried.

Can we take any action to contact CIC ?

I will attempt to answer you question with my limited knowledge. As I know you must add you family to you application. Failure to do so and you will not be able to sponsor them at a later date whether or not they will accompany you.

Also POF should be for all of you and not just you. So they may reject the application if they see it at the review stage.

Obesity shouldn't be a big issue. However there musnt be any other major medical conditions which may be communicable to others. CIC treats Active Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB) and Syphilis as danger to public health.
Also some mental issues are considered to be a danger to public safety such as : sociopathic behaviour disorders, organic brain syndromes associated with violence or risk of harm to others, people with hostile and disruptive behaviour.
Also some sexual disorders such as pedophilia are considered to be a danger to public safety.

Ranjit, Have you got IELTS reports and TWO WES report>? as every application needs these two original reports.

yes, you are right. None but Dimitry shared it. In fact, most of the applicants are not at the stage of asking from GCMS note as they have not gone much forward. One reported getting it with no information (possibly he request it before VO starts working with his File). So unless 2nd line updated/MR received, it is of not much useful.

Dmitrych is the only one who has shared GCMS timeline, right? or have u seen similar ones previously? i tried searching for some but couldn't find.

Hi,

My request for WES evaluation was received on 3rd october and expected date of completion given was 31st october, however it was completed and dispatched on 10th of october. I received 19 points for (10+3) engineering diploma from india and the equivalent education stated in WES report is "secondary school diploma and diploma (two years)" which gets us 19 points.

Hi!!! Estimated completion of my WES report is on nov 12, 2014. I need 21 points for education. Where can i find the list of accredited universities that are given 21 points by WES?

Certainly not as long as you've the necessary work experience that is well documented in The job letter that matches with NOC
