Hi guys... .really need help....... please advise...

My Credit Card has been replaced by a chip credit card due to RBI guidelines. And the card I had used for payment advice to CIC has now been INVALIDATED. My new credit Card has the same number but a different CVV and expiry date.
Card Company: American Express

I am now planning to send a new payment form to CIC with new credit card details. Will be emailing/Couriering/faxing all three documents.
Sending 4 documents now:
1. Cover Letter
2. Payment form
3. Xerox of previous payment form (Cancelled)
4. Bio-Pages of passport

In my cover letter I am going to include the following details:
Name:
Passport number:
Date of birth:
NOC Code:
Application courier docket number:
Date of receipt of Application by CIC:
Person name to whom package was delivered:

Please let me know if I should include anything else ....?

any suggestion at all ?

my application received date:18th July 2014 NOC1112. Cant let my application be rejected....

1. On the envelop cover also mention as follows, so that they know its an addendum document...
Additional Document (Fee Payment Form) for
Principal Applicant (your name)
Passport #:
DOB:
Nationality:

2. send email to CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca
3. If you have one more credit card. Send two payment forms with different CC details and mention in cover letter you are sending CC 12345.. as a backup.

You have ample amount of time, so send it right away.... Good Luck buddy...

THere is an entry in SS for credit card charge on October 14,2014 for July 4 application ! NOC 2174 is it a typo ? Please confirm

Its not a literal devil1234 got charged a 4th july 2174 applicant in addition santosh014 got cc charged as well

As far as I know, CIO don't background checking - so no risk of identifying the mistake. Also there is no guarantee that your documents will be added.

So better send it to local VO.

No response to previous post so posting this again!

I made a mistake in background declaration form and my CC has been charged already and I may receive PER this week. What is best course of action now? Should I send a corrected form to CIO, Sydney with an explanation letter? or should I wait for file to be transferred to VO and then send in corrected application form to VO with an explanation letter?

But why they boast of duplicate report in 1 business day after making payment...

I am surprised that how they started working like INDIAN System( slow )

For the benefit of WES applicants..I had the below communication with WES few days before and the reply..

ps: I opted for FSW Package + additional copy + course by course evaluation. + international courier.
