Hello Seniors,

I have applied for PR in Canada via FSW program (Started in May-2014). I have received my UCI from Central Intake Office few days ago.

The initial application was made for myself and my spouse but since then my family status has changed. (My son was born).

Can you please let me know how and when should I inform the visa office about the change? Should I wait for communication from Delhi-Visa office before informing about the status change because I have not received any confirmation that my file has been transferred to Delhi Visa Office.

Please confirm.

Do send case specific enquiry to ndvo about change in family status...they will reply you with lost of documents required...
Meanwhile start preparing birth certificate nd passport..

Tomorrow i am going to send the application, I have taken FD for 9 lacks.
What should I write in assets and liabilities, I dont have any properties son my name.

Can I write CAD equivalent to 9lacs in assets and Zeo in Liabilities and same CAD equivalent to 9 lacs in settlement funds?
Please suggest.

Ans I read in forum when people not worked in military services they are asking for the reason, but i dont see any such reason field in application

I am certainly in dilemma, can I send in a new form once file is transferred to London VO? Would they consider this new form or would they simply refuse my application because of this? Has anyone done this kind of thing before?

Hi All, I still think that CAP has not reached for 2174... Although CIC has mentioned 1,000 I guess it is by mistake.. We have seen some mistakes in updating the counts.. As far as I remember for FSW 2013 after reaching the CAP they clearly mention "CAP REACHED" not 1000... So, lets wait for next update...and we may see some more miracles..

How to fill the following section of Fee Payment Form in case of DD? My wife is the principal applicant & I was the one who got the DD made?

Name of principal applicant Name of Payer (if different from the principal applicant)

Spelling mistakes in name and he put the same national id for 2. Kids which is wrong because each one should have his unique ID

I have seen translation error in my kid birth of certficate and in the general form i forget to write my full name in the declaration. ..any advice

2. If you only omitted name in the declaration, but signed at the appropriate place, it is alright..if the other way, the packet is on the way! All the best! ;D

Hi guys... .really need help....... please advise...

My Credit Card has been replaced by a chip credit card due to RBI guidelines. And the card I had used for payment advice to CIC has now been INVALIDATED. My new credit Card has the same number but a different CVV and expiry date.
Card Company: American Express

I am now planning to send a new payment form to CIC with new credit card details. Will be emailing/Couriering/faxing all three documents.
Sending 4 documents now:
1. Cover Letter
2. Payment form
3. Xerox of previous payment form (Cancelled)
4. Bio-Pages of passport

In my cover letter I am going to include the following details:
Name:
Passport number:
Date of birth:
NOC Code:
Application courier docket number
Date of receipt of Application by CIC:
Person name to whom package was delivered:

Please let me know if I should include anything else ....?

any suggestion at all ?

Current Status

Just got an email from London VO, asking me to provide certain additional documents as under:

1. Updated copies of the passport biopage for yourself and each family member

Question: Nothing has been updated at our passports, send same? Why are the asking again

2. Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee

3. Police Certificates for myself & Spouse for Pakistan & for myself of another country I lived

4. -Medical results (you will receive a separate email with instructions)

4. -Updated forms which are available on our website:
New Schedule A/Background Declaration form for yourself and your spouse. This form must be fully complete with no gaps. Each month must be accounted for and listed.

Questions

i. New Schedule A/Background Declaration? Online says the form date is "Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] (PDF, 246 KB) December 2012" Thats exactly what I sent? What new form are they talking?

ii. Passport Bio Pages? I sent them these before and there is no change to it? Resend? why?

iii. Should I wait for the Medical Request Email or get it done?

They might have asked to send updated forms if there is any update from your side... If not then send them as they are..
