What are chances of getting per I got my cc charge last oct 6 but still i didn't get per???

Please help seniors once we got cc charge are we sure to get per?! and are we sure to be included in the caps???

Approx 10 days after charge
Once charged you are already in cap

Yipeee ... Just got back my application package ... bcos CC was declined ... No surprise as the CC was hacked by some genius asshole just a couple of days before CIC attempted to make the transaction ... All I can do is curse that genius asshole for the rest of my life ... ;D ;D ;D

This is also what i just thought about, however it maybe just a special case to 2174 at that friday to close the cap and stop users from sending more files, and thats why they update it one day after the usual update, so it was a decision taken from someone that day exceptionally
