Had a small query. I resent my application on 16th September and it reached CIO on 22nd September. I was thinking that my application would be fast tracked. However, I havent heard anything from them. The call centre doesnt connect to any agent these days and the Visa officer is not replying to mails. Any idea what needs to be done?

Please share if;
1) 23-June-14 applicant got DD enchased or received PER ? 24th june CC charged, DD is still quite some days behind.
2) As most of you know that generic application form IMM0008 got changed near 17-June-14,so anybody who sent old form got PER/Payment charged at that time ?This is specifically for those applicants whose application was in transit at the time form changed. Don't worry, this is not applicable to you. CIC guys arent that bad, its only for people planning to send their applications probably after seeing the update

I just filled online form but It doesn't allow me to book the appointment. It says appointment full till 22 oct 2014.

Any suggestions on how to go about booking the appointment? Can I book at after 22? can I do it tomorrow? is there any other option?

And Seniors, I need your help urgently

In my original application, I didn't mention my salary in the work reference letter, and neither I provided any payslip or tax form. I am quite tense now since I noticed the work experience must include salary or it will be considered as unpaid work which would result in rejection as I need this work experience to get 67.

So， I learnt from this forum that I have an option to send a revised reference letter including annual salary. But I am a bit confused about the address I should use for courier. Some posts mentioned I should send the courier to

Please check the website. PCC does not need an appointment. Just upload your application, take a print and you can walk in tommorrow. Just check the timings on the website though for walk-in candidates

As per some messages I exchanged with some of you a while ago, my application was indeed returned as I failed to submit my IELTS - SS has been updated last week when I received the documents back. I have already scheduled the IELTS for the 18th of October.

I am applying under NOC 0013 and I have all documents ready, just pending the IELTS results that would be arriving on Oct 31st. My plan is to send it in the first week of november. Knowing that it will arrive in Sydney no later than Nov 14th, what are your thoughts on likelyhood to still be within the cap while the Express Entry will start in January as the expectation of having my application assessed is no earlier than february.

However I am not expecting PER due to improper reference letters, so I am trying to arrange new references and hope I get my application returned asap to apply again.

you would be safe as regards CAPS. and also would be considered under FSW since received before 31.12.14.

For PCC you dont need an appointment. Walk into PSK, with online application print out and required proof documents, at 9 am in the morning. You will be good. Good Luck!!
