My application was returned to me with the following reason. On the letter, among other things, it says

"The ECA doesn't meet the following requirement
You didn't provide us with a copy of the completed foreign education credential to accompany the Educational credential assessment (ECA) report."
Does this imply a copy of my Degree or Transcript?

Hi Guys, Just saw cap update for NOC 2174 on CIC website.. Cap is full now.. Not sure how come it happeneed so fast in one week. Till last wee - It was 778 and now all of sudden 1000!!!!
I guess they might have processed last year's pending applications ..
I am 4th JUlky applicant and I was very hopeful of getting the news of my DD entrenchment. But alas!!!!

Who is the last lucky person who reported CC/DD charge for 2174?

Forgot to mention that, loan amount is high compared to what I have as settlement fund and settlement fund will be intact, and if at all I go for loan then do I need to update local VO?

If you go for a loan as of now, your liabilities will increase and i feel that will impact your settlement of fund amount.

It will be better to wait till VO verifies your accounts (for the purpose of proof of funds).

A lot of the people (including myself - June 20th applicant) believe that the last update was based on the completeness check, which was up until Mid July. We will be able to validate this in the up coming days.

Need your guidance regarding work experience document. I have obtained the Reference letter from my supervisor but I have lost my appointment letter. Can someone please guide which other document can I attach to fill the purpose??

Hi,

You need to make sure that you capture all the details such as Gross salary, total tenure, work hours, main duties and responsibilities, Designation in the reference letter and it has to be in the company letter head signed by your reporting manager/supervisor. You can attach the copies of your pay slips, work contracts, tax forms etc as supporting documents (refer to the doc checklist. Its mentioned over there)

In that case I wont get PCC on the same day.

Police verification will be done for PCC in case I get my passport in tatkal, which may take 3-4 weeks

Hi bro,

Small input about updating passport. you can apply online through tatkal. You may have to pay Rs 2000 additional. But you will get a very near interview date and the new passport within 7-10 days after the interview
