My application reached on 13 june. my dd has already encashed according to bank, but dont know the date of encashment. My ECAs from last year uci number states that it is in process- we have received your app on 13th june, 2014.... But no PER, 16th june have already got their PER.
Is it possible that i dont get PER though my ECAS has changed to in process and my DD has cashed?

I shall give a pessimistic answer to a pessimistic question - We have had a couple of cases (that I recall) where an application was rejected post FEE Encashment. The cases were mostly due to NOC duties mismatch.

My question is still unanswered. In my case, my employer is feasible/comfortable in specifying the salary details on the same experience letter as I mentioned before. So is it fine ?

It should be fine rather it adds value. Everybody include me tried to get currently compensation information on the letter head which was declined by the HR department.
Name
Designation
Duration
# Hours per week
Salary
Roles and responsibilities on company letter which includes all the information like company mail id hr mail id phone number fax numbers etc etc would be good.

One more thing is that add business cards of the reporting manager and HR manager if you can get it which i think in ur case they should provide you one as they mentioned everything about as an employee.

Seniors comment if i am wrong.

Thanks

Hi Seniors,

If you go through the CIC website, they've mentioned the rules for submitting the experience letter. They've mentioned that:

Letters must include all of the following information:

your total annual salary plus benefits in each position,

Now, my question is that ... Is it fine , if my employer mentions my annual salary on the experience letter itself ?
I mean right after specifying my duties and responsibilities , he adds up one more line at the bottom of the same letter stating:

" It is also certified that his annual salary is ****$ CAD with no any other benefits. "

Its absolutely fine.

Yes,

I paid it and got the reference number only, however your account created on their website keeps you updated with the status of your application. I think DC of HDFC/ICICI should do your job.

I am sorry nishesh, i think you are saying that the title or designation do not have to match the ones mention by CIC. However, the duties performed at work should match the NOC requirement's. This, i feel is a must. Thanks.

PER is Positve Eligibility Review.

Can you please describe PER ? I mean , if you received PER .. then this means that your assessment already made positively ? and no chances of rejection or what ?

Seniors, Is it an issue at VO if address in passport is different from the present address and the one for which PCC is issued?

Someone told me that these applications take longer to process.
