hey guys,
I have received MR/PCC request email from NDVO. I just wanted to point out that I have been given 90 days to submit FBI certificate. The deadline for everything else is 45 days. This shows that VO is aware of FBI's current processing time-frame which is about 3 months.

Goku its four year rather than 5 years. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizenship/become-eligibility.asp

Mistake in my experience certificate which i sent to cic, they wrote annual salary for my monthly salary, however amount is correct in the payslip and the it is clear in the my bank statement that the amount is monthly.

Seniors, any chance of rejection because of such mistake :'(

Did your manager or HR approved that Reference letter? If yes, how come they did not noticed that.. CIC may have this question in their mind.

No POF is waived if you are applying under CEC, you have already established that you can survive in Canada. I dont think you should worry about it.

You do not have to show that you have these funds if:

you have a valid offer of arranged employment in Canada AND
you are currently working or authorized to work in Canada.

He is planning to apply under FSW.

He satisfies both conditions for waiver of POF, for FSW under CEC.

As long as experience letter mentions that salary is on monthly/yearly terms, it shouldn't be an issue. Your supporting documents provided will justify too. This won't be any case of a rejection.
