Hi Friends,

By the grace of God, blessings, prayers and well wishes from parents and you dear friends, I have received my MR, RPRF and PCC request from NDVO today. Below are my app details and SS has been updated.

NOC 1112, App recd on 09th May
DD charged 17 July, PER received 15 Aug
MR, RPRF & PCC request received - 09 Oct


I had a query in regards to PCC. I had already submitted mine n spouse's PCC in my app but still its been requested again by NDVO. I am basically from Mumbai and my husband has worked in Pune city for 1.5 years. We are currently based out at Gurgaon. So do I have to take PCC from Mumbai, Pune and Gurgaon or can I get the PCC from any one of these 3 cities. Kindly advise.

PCCs are valid for 6 months only.
Also, CIC has mentioned that VO can ask for local (state) PCCs as per their discretion.
So, my question is...do you remember the validity of PCCs that you had included in the application, esp dates?
Also, make sure that VO is asking for local (state) PCC or generic (i.e. FBI - generic for US and local state PCC from state police).

Hello everyone, I´m here again asking for the moderators to change my status there at the Global Spreadsheet fsw 2014, my nickname there is Cris&Jan , and last 30th sept i had my CC Charged, and yesterday i have receive my PER, so please, can you guys change my status there?!

Few notes I would like to share:
(1)Spouse birth certificate didn't have his name but included his parents names. Both birth certificates were not notarized.
(2)Self declared job descriptions without any reference letters from seniors or HR from the company. Included job offer letter, termination letter, tax documents, email from HR denying employment verification letter, H1B application form.

Sundeep - your passport is issued by Indian Embassy in DC or from India? I think 1 hour PCC applies if your passport is issued here in the US.

Just thought I'd share. for Indian folks that live in the US.. I got my PCC from the Indian Embassy in DC today. it was a very straight forward and smooth process. just took my original passport with me, and a notarized copy of passport pages and my license (for address proof). They gave me PCC in 1 hour. If any one has a question about this, ask here, I'll respond.

Hello Friends....... I am not able to arrange for the birth certificate as I am 1985 born India. Is there any other document that I can get n submit. Also I am looking forward to apply under 2173 noc, would it be a good decision to apply now. Please reply

Compared to NVDO, CPC-Ottowa has definitely not shown its pace, esp for transfer, processing, MR, PCC, RPRF etc.

Hi all -

Received MR from NDVO today. I am 12th May applicant.

I have couple of questions. Kindly help me.

1. I recevied this from an email id (Do not reply-Client-update-mise-a-jour @ cic.gc.ca)
2. We are 3 applicants (My daughter, wife and myself)
3. We received 3 different emails for medical request for all 3 of us.
4. I see 3 different UCIs for all 3 of us

In PER it was mentioned only 700 Canadian $ is received. But i sent for 1250$ for three members...i dont know why...will it cause any problem??

Guys I have a doubt. My husband's birthplace is Indore and the place of issue of his passport is BHOPAL (madhya Pradesh). However, he has been living here for the past 14 years. Where do we get the PCC from? Delhi or Bhopal?

You can use affidavit and your 10th Marksheet as well instead of Birth certificate. Use a cover letter and mention there clearly about your missing birth certificate and supporting docs for the same.
