Dear All,

I am going for Medical on 11.10.2014 / Sat, received MR/PCC call in last week from NDVO. However, My problem is my wife updated her passport just few days back and now she having married name surname on her passport.

And I received Medical request form IMM1017 with her old surname (before marriage). Till date I have not raised case specify enquiry to NDVO.

My question is, Will it be problem to me if go for my wife medical with IMM1017 with her old marriage name?
Later on next week I will submit new passport details to NDVO along with other original documents ( PCC+ MR acknow receipt + RPRF ) which I am going to submit them.

OR should I ask them update IMM1017 form as per her new passport than later on we should go for medical ?

Please help me , I am bit confused :'( :'( :'( :'(

What I feel- its may not be a problem.....I will suggest u to go to the CIC medical center...with both PP....They may accept it...since ur new PP has the old PP number.....

And if its not too tough for u then make a try....

And u are updating the new PP as mentioned on above post....So they might not create any issue....

Please share if anyone has some clue regarding Online RPRF payment

Hi Friends,

I have one doubt regarding RPRF payment. While doing online payment, I have to fill no. of applications.
For me and my spouse do we have to put 2 as no. of applications? As the fees is calculated on the basis of no. of applications. If someone has done online payment for RPRF please guide us.

Can anyone please share a format of mail from NDVO for MR PCC & RPRF. I am getting tensed & even jumping with joy.... Please help me decide my emotion. HuhHuhHuh?
My 2nd line is not yet updated in ECAS.

Open IMM1017 and check whether those form belong to you or not. Please confirm.

In one mailer they have also askd passport xerox.
Please do let me know to vch address U need to send the same.

My Visa office is NEW DELHI. Do I need to send my medical report also ir the hispital will snd

You are almost there. In Process should change to "Decision Made" within 3 weeks. Keep your passports ready.

You can email photocopies of passport if you want. It doesn't have to be hard copy.

Regarding MR, it will be submitted to CIC directly by your physician. You don't have to do anything.
