I applied under noc 2281 ....
It is painful but I have to accept it, there is a reason to everything in life, hence the disappointment doesn't take my life...I am still grateful to God...

I applied under NOC1112 and docs reached on 9th Sep,2014 any guess what chance do i stand?

Just to confirm, we have 11 batchmates in Marketing batch (like my close ones Indians), none of them got a marketing relevant job.

Only 1 is staying there, doing an online marketing internship after 6 years of LNT experience in India and MBA degree from Canada, one of the best uni in Toronto. I came back coz i had business of mine so i started that, rest of them people came back and started jobs here.

I am not saying you will face the same, i am only making it real for all of us.

bro we all appreciate ur concern, but believe me, 80 % of FSW 2014 applicants know that they will have to do ODD jobs in the starting....if any one is not, then i think he/she must think 10 times before landing.....all the best to all..

I am not an expert, but have been following the week on week cap updates on 1112, assuming that the last CC charged as per the spreadsheet is for 6th June and the current cap at 702 (mind you, this weeks update is yet to come), it is highly unlikely that you will be in cap. Dont mean to discourage you, but trying to put some perspective so that you may explore other NOCs, 1114 for instance. Infact, I am submitting my second application shortly.

Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six
months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate
FROM INDIA FOR YOU AND YOUR SPOUSE.

So do I need to go to each state for PCC?. I am residing in Gurgaon and hold Delhi Issues passport.

Yes, they are identical and considered original.

Need Immediate Help Please with one question on this Supplementary form received from LVO.

Question: Please list the countries which you have visited or lived in over the past 10 years?
Give dates, place, reason for stay and immigration status:

I am originally from Pakistan, but I am in UK from last 8 years and I have been on different immigration status since I am in UK and every year I am visiting Pakistan as well.

Now, what I need to write in answer? Because when I filled out original Supplementary form at the time of application, there was a same question in that form, but in that question they had mentioned that we don't need to include our country or origin and country or residence (which in my case is Pakistan & UK) , but in this LVO, form they have not mentioned anything.

I am very confused with this question, please help. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

so why are u applying fr PR if marketing jobs are not avaialble?

Hi, can you confirm if a file number was created for your application? In some of the emails, in response to queries, CIC indicated that it does not keep details of the rejected applications and will not be in a position to comment. So, going by that logic, there will be no record of your rejection if a file number is not generated. What say?
