Yes they will, because that is what the Ministerial Instructions say will happen.

It's always possible that the policy will change, but for you to say that it WILL change, when it has not yet changed and there is no indication that it will change, is deliberately spreading false information. -1 for that. Don't mislead people.

Lets all cross the bridge once we get there. Right now there is no ministerial instruction saying FSWP14 will be terminated on 31st Dec 2014.

If there is any ministerial instruction later on, then obviously FSWP14 gets terminated, but for now it stands till 30th April 2015.

Pls do not go by what other people have to say !! They are consultants and they will obviously try to scare people for their vested interests. Pls try to understand this simple logic.

You are misguiding people. The fact that they MIGHT announce new MIs is indeed possible. So is the collision of Earth with an asteroid. BUT as of now, we should act with accordance with relevant MIs. And they clearly state that the FSW program will be open until April 30, 2015 even with EE kicking off in January, 2015.

FBI premises don't allow courier guys to come in
Courier ppl have to inform FBI officer and FBI officer goes out ( to courier office) and collects parcel later on

( I m not sure about this but this is what I remember as I got FBI clearnce 3 years back)

Okay, I had sent my first package through USPS and they messed up. It took more than 10 days for the package to reach there and on the tracking it should the same message. I believe they may have a desk where courier companies can drop the packages. However, you need not worry as they have received your package. You may call and confirm with them.

Hi all have some sad news to share my package was returned because the bank draft was staledated.... But I confirm with the bank that the draft is valid for 1 yr..... I think this is the end for me as I had applied b4 and cap was filled now this... I don't think I stand a chance again.... My noc is 2131 .....good luck to all

Nonsense, 2131 is almost certainly still open. If you are serious about your dream you will do what it takes to achieve it. Get a new DD and re-send your application immediately.

I submitted two applications for 2 different NOCs (1111 and 0111) as my job duties matched both.
NOC 1111 sent 02/06/2014, received 06/06/2014 LVO, DD cashed on 25/09/2014

NOC 0111 sent 09/06/2014 received 13/06/2014 Accra VO, CC charged 25/09/2014

I got PER for both at the same time.
