Received PER about 10 minutes back.

Payment mode was DD (HDFC). As per the email payment date is 23 Sep, 2014. I suppose bank would reply back with the actual date on which DD was drawn, 25-26 Sep.

Can someone suggest me how to get the PCC from UK? I am currently based in India now. in the ACRO website it says for

premium service ( 2 Working days - £80)
Standard Service ( 10 working days - £45)

I am confused which one to choose from as premium looks expensive. I have received my MR & PCC request mail yesterday only.

I wanted to make the payment either by Bankers Draft or Bank transfer. Not sure which one would be cheaper and easier.

It also asks for two copies of different documents for your current address. ( in my passport its not my current address and I am not sure which document I should submit)

I got my uk PCC in 20 days by ordinary post. Pls pm me, will give u the details in a little while as I am still in office.

I've received Medical Request and RPRF request on 01st October. ;D

Its done! June 4th applicant. Still My DD is not encashed. Applicants of some June 4th, 5ht 6th DD are encashed but not mine. i guess it is completed and Guess my application is rejected.
