IS this the final list of NOC which has been chosen by CIC for FSWP.
I am a chemical engr and i was expecting chemical profession to b in the list..

Although u can send reference letter without letter head with an explanation that why u have send without letter head. But it will make suspicious to officers. If u are lucky enough / CIC think that-ur reason are very logical then u can get rid of this....

Notarization of employment letter is required/preferable.

I am attaching the following on letterheads:

1. Offer of Employment
2. Salary Slips
3. Proof of Employment letter
4. Salary Certificate

However, getting the following on letterhead would become tough:

1. Number of hours worked
2. Main job duties

Please suggest if an affidavit would do.

I had a WES - USA(www.wes.org) report with course by course verification. Would be work for CIC application. Both are same agencies. Expecting your valuble comments.

Please can i submit application while my ECA is ongoing. I want to use WES and getting the whole process done can might take another 3weeks. So please can i submit other documents since WES will be sending CIC a copy upon completion.

Also, please how do we make the fee payments?

Your utmost reply is will be much appreciated as that is the only document pending.

Write to WES with your WES reference number (http://www.wes.org/ca/contact.asp).....

Also make sure ur wes evaluation report is not done before CIC has given the authority for credential assessment... If the report is done before then CIC wont accept it... I dont think you again have to send your transcript other docs to WES... WES can upgrade it with the report they storing in their database...

I am a 2013 applicant that missed the cap for 2147. I want to apply again under 2171. I was just wondering about age of the documents. I know I need a new bank statement but do I also need a new employer letter or will the one year old letter suffice? Same with WES certificate?

hello! I need help!
this is absolutely not what we expected to happen!
My husband is a system analyst and couldnt apply in 2013 under the FSW
Now he can, but we dont have our documents ready because we thought we have to wait until 2015 for express entry.
it means we can take the English test May 17, so we can sent our application the earliest at the end of May.
Is it worth a try?
this might be our last chance since my husband is 50 years old and they might put an age limit in express entry, like Australia does.

Plus we are still officially PRs, left Canada in 2009 and didnt return back. Is it best to call and re-anounce our status, sent travel document?

they wont accept your documents without WES, as these are points scoring documents, they will return if you dont send them

Yes you should definitely gather your documents and apply if you meet the points requirements. Last year our IELTS was end of May and we would have met the 300 cap but the employer letters were not ready until August! We only missed the cap by 2 weeks. This time cap is much bigger. I think you will be ok but start or preparing all your documents now.

Your old employment letter is fine if you not working in that company at present... If you currently working in the same company update your reference letter...No where its mentioned aboult the validity of reference letter....WES result also can be same if it is issued before May 2013....

@rohan85: i remember you were also 0211 applicant for FSW2013 same as mine and we both get rejected. This time for which NOC you are applying? Is it 2133.

In detailing of NOC 2133 CIC mentioned NOC0211 as "Classified elsewhere" . What does it mean?
