I have a query...I am going to apply under FSW and i am currently in Canada on work permit...

I completed my post graduation in Canada...Do i need to have my education credential assessed??

I mean my Bachelor degree is from India but post graduation is from Canada?

So do i still need to get my Bachelor degree assessed??

Please advise.

Should not be required in my opinion. The fact that you have done your highest level of education from Canada is proof enough that your lower level education has already been verified at the time of your higher degree.

Even then pls get opinion from others.

Hello all,
My application was reached on 23rd july and I filed under NOC 2132.Can anyone tell will I make to the 1000 limit??
My consultant told me that CIC is currently opening files upto 6th june and by that time 302 applications were already received. I don't know from where he got that information as spreadsheet is telling different story. My only worry is will I make it before the cap gets filled?? Plz advise

You will easily make it in the CAPs. 2132 is currently at 304 nos. So your consultant is right.

Form :IMM0008DEPENU - Additional Dependant & Declaration

- I have already filled detail of my family (wife and one kid) in the Generic form. I dont need to fill any info this form ? parents are not covered under dependents for this purpose. Am I right ?
- If I dont have to fill this form, is it required to be part of the package then ?
- If yes, Do I need to sign this blank form too at the end ?

please suggest.

I can't answer any question on this form. I never ever bother to open it in soft copy, forget about sending it in hard copy. It is only applicable if you got five children.

So ignore it and ensure your mouse don't hover on link of this form.

Hi CanOl, my app reached at 24th June at CIC. I have a query regarding the credentials i did from WES was FSWP package. And with my application i submitted original evaluation report and required degree docs to CIC. but do i need to follow anything to send docs to CIC from WES? Am asking this question as i read in one of the post was mentioned that CIC may access the report on WES website.

CIC can and may access your reports from WES directly.

But it is still mandatory to send original WES report and degree certificate copies to CIC nevertheless.

Hi everyone, I have a question.
I need to update some information to my VO regarding some changes that had occur(changing jobs, visitor visa refusal, new account balance). How do I do this? Do I need to update the forms and send them through the VO inquiry page or sending an email to them is enough? They haven't request anything yet but I want to do it to avoid any delays.
