Yeh, you may be right. Hope00, wik.haider, sms2014, and Ati007's update are showing AOR - may be given wrong input.

Yes, your supervisor/team lead (best) or someone can issued detail reference letter in plain paper. In that case, provide the business card of the signatory, your contract, joining letter, promotion letter (if any), 3-month pay slips, and others.

Also add a cover letter explaining why reference letter cannot be attained from your supervisor/in-letter-head. If possible, get a e-mail communication between you and HR that indicate HR won't issue reference letter.

Thanks for your reply. So do we need to include affidavit as well, if responsibilities are mentioned on plain paper ?
Also,if somehow I managed to get the reference letter from company, is it required to have the letter signed from my immediate manager, or anyone in my company at a senior position than me, can sign this letter. Reason I am asking is, if CIC verifies this kind of information ?

Best option is done through supervisor/immediate manager.
2nd best option is from someone senior of you same department.

If the signatory of your reference letter would like to give affidavit, I think, it is good idea to add it with your reference letter and cover letter.

Hi Century.....

I'm am a 22nd May applicant.... Upto date have not received any mail from CIC with regards to my application!

Do you think I still have any chance of getting the PER mail?

I have applied through a consultant... He too has not received any mails...

Is there a possibility that our application has been rejected...

Thanks....

Alhamdolilah...Got second line on my ECAS status...we started processing your application on September, 25th , 2014..Seniors plz let me know what is next...

Congrsts nd +1..

Original copy of IELTS result is mandatory.

As long as Full Time has been mention, it is OK.

For salary, get salary certificate from HR as well as 3 months pay slips.

Hello Seniors,

Regarding the bank statement of proof of funds, the bank said that this statement must be headed directed to somebody or specific destination, and can't be "TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN"
To whom should this statement directed ?
Case processing agent
Centralized intake office,
Nova scotia,
Canada

Ask you consultant to send mail at cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca to know the status.
