I am also 3142 applicant on 26th june.
I ve sent all the necessary docs. but my work experience letter is missing the list of job duties. however it has mentioned that I ve worked as the physiotherapists and as an in-charge of physio department for 4 years.
do u think CIC will accept my experience letter????

Iam pretty sure job duties is a must in the reference letter... Anyway just wait for another person to clarify this issue.

The deadline will be around 30 days to submit PP.

I think you should sent them a mail regarding this . Usually CPC Ottawa is assigned for applicants from USA. Newyork is issuing student visa and some other kind of visa's.

Seniors might be having a better idea about it...

Hi Brax!

CIC is verifying matching of NOC with the submitted reference letter. Thus, the letter should state more or less those description in a required NOC.

For my case I really requested personnally my previous HR manager to srite reference letter with matching descriptions stated in a required NOC.

If you can still work out with your employer a complete matching reference letter and send it as additional document would be also advised. Currently they are at June 10th applications so can still catch up. Just send via express using fedex or dhl. Good luck!
*Never forget to email or contact them you sent addl document.

Just an opinion.
Why don't you start gathering all the documents again for resending your application? In case you got rejected you can still be able to reapply because your NOC is not the hottest. Just try this time to get a letter with matching duties for at least 70% (someone correct me if Iam wrong) of 3142. Good luck and hope the best.

Make a cover letter
For example
Source CURRENCY in hold CAD
1. Saving account SA 1000 600
(APPLICANT)

2. Term deposit INR 60000 1000
(DEPENDNT)
Total 1600

In addition attach all the evidences notarised at the back of This letter. U can get balance certificate from SA banks in the same fashion what we are getting in India.

What is trusted partner? It is just u need to show funds which an be liquiditated in a months time or less than that.

WES report shall be sent ORIGINAL (one set).

You may have received two ORIGINAL sets from WES.

generally they issue 1 but lucky that they have issued you 2. Send only one original and keep 1 for yourself if in case it is required in future.

Yes I also got two PCC from PSK in Ludhiana Punjab on 15th Sep 2014
