I am thinking to apply for 2172.

My current jobs roles and responsibilities match only 10-20% with this NOC.But I can manage to write required(fake) roles and responsibilities from my employer on company letter head.

Will in future CIC verify my roles and responsibilities from employer?

Is their any risk evolved in it?

You are taking a huge risk my friend.

My sincere request to you would be to be as transparent as possible to CIC. Pls do not fake anything. In case caught, during any of the investigations and inquiries, you will be barred for minimum 2 years from applying again for any kind of Canada visa.

Instead, try to fit in an NOC where job duties are actually matching. Pls do not even think of faking responsibilities.

How do I update the spread sheet? and I hear a lot of people say they got their "PER", what is a PER? and how will i get it? (email or regular mail?)..

How they will verify and from whom like from HR deptt or from me?

Because HR deptt are non technical guys they dnt knw much about technical stuff.

Pls request you to not indulge in any wrong practices. they (CIC / VO) may check with anyone..Not necessarily from HR. They may also discreetly check your facebook, linkedin profiles, twitter handles, get a reference check from your office staff or simply call you for a interview, where panel experts on your NOC will immediately realise that you have submitted fake job duties.

Yes the requirement is to have worked for at least a year in the past 10yrs, you may just fill those period as unemployed in your form, i doubt this will count against your application.

can anyone pls suggest for the method of sending application from USA to CIC for NOC 2132 ?

I noticed UPS has been faster per spreadsheet, & online estimate shows ~ 80-100$ with 3rd day delivery confirmation. Is this normal or should I look for other option?

I don't know UPS cause where I live they don't work but you definitively you should avoid DHL.

Yes, you can qualify for FSW2014 as long as minimum points are 67.
Mention that you were doing nothing / studying or whatever the fact is for the tenor between 2013 and 2014. Don't leave any time period as blank...

And my employer failed to give me reference letter so I put down all my duty and responsibilities and all my engagement letter even my promotion letter was attached to my application can all this bring me positive response from cic soon? Is there any one that has done the same as mine and what was the reply from cic ?

Yes there has been few cases with positive result from CIC, so keep faith

Please let me know the withdrawal process. I meant what kind of letter you receive from CIC. I will also have to withdraw one application soon. .

You will receive PPR soon.

I do not have an idea about the letter , I was thinking they might be add that up in my PPR letter. I will update you if I will hear back from them sometime soon.

Also, one more this, did you received your PPR for FSW ? if yes do you know any kind of timeline for CPC-ottawa to get PPR after decision made status?

Please suggest. Is there any ways I could know the decision is positive or negative? because I saw cases where they got refusal even after medical, RPRF and decision made.
