1. This is by far the SAFEST NOC among all IT NOCs and probably in comparison to other NON-IT NOCs as well. Makes me jealous of the guys under this NOC actually ;D. You are absolutely safe applying under this NOC and I think I speak for everybody when I say that "You will never be too late" applying under this NOC.

2. Designations do not matter. Go ahead.

3. The primary method is by verifying your Letter of Reference and matching with your NOC Duties. Other methods are background checks performed by the VO post AOR.

Thanks for reply.. you gave me relief :-)

Updated: 26th Sep | 10:30 IST
good work palak, keep up the good work

Any idea how much time does it takes for an incomplete file or the ones being rejected to return. As I am June 12 applicant therefore, if my file is incomplete then should it had been returned till now? or might take some time??

Thanks a lot century for the reply. The thing is NOC 0111 and NOC 1111 require CA/CPA. But i have only done Masters in Business administration

Also any idea as to how many years exp the CIC would be looking at for applicants applying under the above mentioned NOC??

Regards,

Hi Members,

Please keep Updating your status on SS.
Which makes all of us to get closer to the assumption and answers to many members.

Time is killing, but we can know this SUSPENSE if we work closer.

My spouse went to PSK for PCC, but they told her to wait 2-3 days to get PCC.

I thought PSK offers it same day. Why delay on her case?

Palak, you deserve

@ TheMapleLeaf,

THANKS, but still not able to include Maple in my signature like u do.... ;)
and nothing predicting future its all data gathering...

Can anyone tell me how long it took CES to assess their degrees? Also, is University professors and lecturers a popular code to apply for?

Hey bro, I am also MBA, applied 0111 and got AOR.

Those educational requirement is not considered while assessing a job.

So your MBA is more than good enough for applying 0111 or 1111.

Minimum 1 year continuous experience.

Pls act fast.

Hi!

Dont panic. I assume that you already have the credential report from WES. Send the missing documents in an envelope to the same CIC office where you have submitted your application. Write"ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS" on the envelope containing the documents. You have to include a covering letter with the documents, in which you have to mention that you forgot to include the enclosed documents in your application and please accept the same. Do give the following information in your letter for their ready reference:

NOC Category -
Code -
Passport number -
Country -
Last name -
First name -
Date & Place of birth of principal applicant
Email id -
Contact Number -
Contact address -
Application Receiver Name & Date -

And also send an email at "CIO-SYDNEY-SEARCH-ENQUIRY @ CIC.GS.CA" informing them that you are sending the additional documents and kindly confirm once they are received and included in your application. Include the following info in your email as well:

NOC Category -
Code -
Passport number -
Country -
Last name -
First name -
Date & Place of birth of principal applicant
Email id -
Contact Number -
Contact address -
Application Receiver Name & Date -

All the best

But, if someone sends some additional documents, wouldn't CIC consider the application date to be the "new" date on which these additional documents were received? I don't they will just append your documents, otherwise everyone would start sending their additional documents just by sending a basic application on day 1 !

Could you please throw some light on what happens to the application date?

I am pretty interested in knowing this, since I've sent my manager's letter as proof of employment job responsibilities. Now there is a slight chance that my company might give me an official letter with due stamps/signatures, etc.

If they give this letter, I would also contemplate sending it as an additional document. But I'm worried if I do this, and they consider a new date of application, I'll miss the NOC 2171 group.

Anyone in this situation..

Hi Friends & seniors

I am May 22nd applicant and till date I have no information from CIC. This means there is surely some problem with my application( which shld not be as I have cross checked everything before sending & also this is the second time i am sending). Will CIC inform me that they have sent my application or shall I wait for the application to receive. Atlest if they notify me now abt any shortfall. I can make up and send quickly after its arrival.

Ask any of your friend or relative in canada to inquire about your application. If your friend calls them 4-5 times then they might tell you the status.
