Also please advice when shall i apply for fbi?
i m jun 5 and still waiting to be charged. I would suggest u do order fbi now since it takes time.

Yes sir, no point delaying on it if from one of the faster processing VOs (e.g. Ottawa, New Delhi etc.). PCCs can be submitted with the original application. But if not submitted then, no point waiting on it post the application submission. CIC clearly states there should be no delay once they request for it. So please order it right away. Cheers!

Hello All:

My file is with NDVO; I have not supplied my PCC earlier. I have one now and it is dated July 10th. Could I mail it NDVO now? Or shall I wait till they ask for it?

Senoirs,

Can any one suggest where I can get finger prints done for FBI in Hyderabad.

Please suggest a good and reliable one.

Thinking to get both from frderal and state PCC reports from USA.

Do we need state PCC? I though Federal PCC will suffice?

Hi Guys! I have an interesting situation here.

We filed our application last June 16 (received in CIO - June 20, 2014). We've availed an agency, thus having a representative for our application (Use of representative form). Now just yesterday, I was informed by a fellow applicant (that also availed the same agency) that our representative was dismissed this September.

Question is, will this affect our chances of getting in the CAP? Will our papers be rejected just for this sole information that is optional in the first place?

Dear forumites, I just realized now that the background declaration form which I submitted, schedule 3, question 6, sub 3, I did not answer the question on whether you've been refused TRV in affirmative which was the case twice last year I was refused TRV, also on spouse form, this was a genuine omission, kindly suggest how I can correct this mistake, my application was received by CIC first week this month.

Awaiting valuable suggestion / advice

1. Along with Original WES ECA Report, you need to send all your foreign educational credentials. Pl include a photocopy of your educational certificates (starting from secondary onwards till latest).
2. For work experience, everything is fine. However, to strengthen pl include pay stubs/ salary slip (min 3 months) of your current employment (not compulsory though)
3. Just cross check if you have included both IMM0008 and IMM0008 Schedule 3 forms. Place the barcode pages (after IMM0008 form validation) on top of your application
4. As per my understanding, you have translated your BC as it is not in English or French. In additional to the certified copy of the original document and English/ French translation, you also need to submit an affidavit from the person who completed the translation. Please cross check if you have included it or not.

Lastly, the 2 self addressed mailing labels (1 in English and the other in your local language) is unpaid.

Best of Luck

Guys,

Second line in my ECAS is updated - file processing has started on 17th Sept, NDVO. I still did NOT get my MR. However many applicants got their MR within almost 3 days from the time 2nd line is updated.

Please suggest if this is normal or any cases like these seen in the past. Out of curiocity and anxiousness.

Thank you,
Konakalla.

1 - Getting in the cap has nothing to do with the use of a representative. It depends on the time the application reaches CIC and the guy who receives it stamps the date on the envelope.
2 - I don't think that will affect your chances. If there is a way to fire your representative and inform that to CIC or VO there might also be a way to inform them he was dismissed. But just wait for a senior to answer that, this is only what I think.
