FD: Copy of FD certificate+balance certificate
SB: 6-month statement+balance certificate

If you submit those, you can be 100% sure, no doubt will be raised on authenticity.

For the Proof of funds part, the Balance Confirmation Letter of mine/wife's FD and SB aren't enough? Should I also include a past 6 months account statement?

I have received PER yesterday only & I am expecting a new member in family anytime soon.

Though I heard in case of birth we need to inform local VO, but still i am not sure & my file is not transferred yet, so can someone pls let me know below ques:

--> To whom to contact or share documents in case of child birth?
--> What documents do i need to submit exactly?
--> What things to be taken care while birth of new child from PR prospect?
--> within how many days of birth do i need to contact cic or local VO?
--> If any thing which i need to take care?

Dear all,

I went to PSK office this morning to apply for PCC,but they said my passport is damaged (Got water smudges on
few pages) ,so they cannot process it .They advised to re-apply for passport which may take one month since
the present address is different.


And then I have to apply for PCC.

Please advise .

1. Can i go ahead re-apply for passport? If then , how do i have to intimate CIC?

2. Will this create a problem in the PR process when NDVO requests for passport and finds this is a different
passport number?

Please let me know ASAP.

Old passport will have old passport ref no. So no issues.

Do.send your case specific enquiry to your vo about the changes...
They will tell what kind of documents they need..
Can i ask When you are going to receive good news???

They revert to your email after 30-40 days

I have not mentioned gross salary on the reff letter.

Although gross salary details are there in the appointment letter itself and also send latest 3 months salary slips from the current company...

so i think it should not a problem for me....any thoughts from ur side??

Thats not an issue. You have worked with him, while he was working for your company. That will suffice.
