You mean to say dont submit new applications.? Yes,don't submit new application to these 5 NOCs.
They have reached the maximum of 1,000 acceptable limits per profession.

Limit is 1000 application. based on which date you are refferring this? i am 30th june candidate for 2171.

Not to rationalize. But i agree to KSA. New applicants need to consider the probabilities of rejection due to caps (Which is fairly high for 1112 & 2174), with 2173 & 2171 catching up.
A reasonable person would want to have a backup plan. :-*

Well were there is no actual data to support that, the probabilities of 1112 & 2174 filling up by the end of October is almost 1.

How to help.... I asked for sharing the CIC letter and ref letter to forum so one(forumities) could pick whats missing but no response.... if there is any mistake it should be rectified before sending again.......forum is always more than willing to help but need to know the matter of reference letter and whats objection in CIC letter by sharing both

Hello Guys

I have a question..

I am a july 3 applicant.. waiting for my DD to be encashed

I have also got H1B visa through my employer and may be travelling to US by this December..

Can you please guide me that

1.Whether I can get my Medicals done in US in case the file is accepted by CIC and I get MR request
2. Do I have to return to India for submitting passports to NDVO or is there any other solution
3. My spouse will be in India .... so whether we can get our medicals done in different countries??

A response will be highly appreciated

Notarization is optional if your docs, marksheets in this case, are in English.

Just an update on June 4 applicants, I tried checking with the bank if my DD is encashed but unfortunately not. Seems like they haven't encashed any DD for June 4 yet. Cheers guys! Let's just wait patiently for the good news!

Actaully i am already sending the revised payment form as i had mentioned my credit card details for the payment but citibank has now issued a new chip card to me and have infomrd that the old card will be valid till october 22nd. I have submitted my application on Sep 02, 2014. So, as such i am sending the new payment form. So, was just thinking if i should correct the year of birth in the other form and send it as well. Do you think that the wrong year of birth will result in the rejection of my application. It ia 1984 and by mistake i got typed as 1987.
Please advise.

Hi all,

I applied for NOC 1123. Application reached 30th May 2014. DD en-cashed on 17th September 2014, PER received 24th September 2014. I would like to thank all the fellow forum members, for all the supports. Need help for updating the SS. Also I would like to ask 1 question. SVO is my visa office, any idea how long the complete process may take? I find they haven's started processing a single file of 2013 applicants yet.
