your education looks dicey.. I am not sure you will get 23 points there...

Also for 23 points it says, Note: Degree program must be in one of these fields of study: Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Podiatry, Optometry, Law, Chiropractic Medicine, or Pharmacy.

for 22 points, they need two or mor epost secondary degrees.. I am worried what if they dont even count for 22 points as these are not two degrees..

are you not looking to score in any other category, such as Adaptability?

But i have seen in Spreadsheet certain members getting PER with points claimed against MBA.. :( :( :( :o :o :o :o..tensed...i hope they give 23 points for MBA

Sorry to repost,

Guys, Need your input.

I have landed in a dispute with an immigration consultant from canada, he is a registered member of ICCRC. I had signed a contract with some payment schedule, an installment is due according to that agreement, but i do not wish to pay him because of his poor services and several mistakes he has made since the submission of application. I have emails supporting to my claim that he has made few mistakes since beginning and provided me false information on my application status. I had an altercation yesterday and he told me that if i dont pay the due installment, he may land me in trouble legally.

I am bit confused, should i really bother about his threat?

he cant spoil anything BUT.... he can WITHDRAW OR STOP ur file if your NOC is not hot ...fire the consultant and re-apply if your NOC is hot better go for compromise ;D

No problem at all . He will be awarded 23 points.

The field of study you have mentioned is applicable to only ENTRY TO PRACTICE PROFESSIONAL DEGREE.

Check the below appendix:

Congrats ASMIA ! :)

Your NOC is dead slow. You will be in cap.Go ahead and apply.

Thanks a lot for your reply. The reason of it being slow is that the it takes time for evaluation report from Medical Council of Canada. I think it is going to pick speed from applications from June onwards as people started getting their reports from June. What worries me is that overall cap limit is moving too fast. Only May applications has made it reach over 4000 so with that average calculation it may get filled up by applications till September.

ya..and thank you for that Updates you post daily. I actually check this and console myself that still applicantions before me are pending. But I still doubt that people who get there application back are updating the SS ( I hope this is not the case :'( )

And Ya +1 from my end for your quick and motivating reply

Good that already u hv approached CIC,

[M22] = Apps (062) | PER (41) | only CC/DD (03) | Pending (17) | MR (00) | PPR (00)
still there are 17 apps pending, i hope you fall in the same.

To Download the excel,

1. Login to your google account (Gmail..)
2. Open the spreadsheet on your browser
3. Now go to https://drive.google.com/#recent
4. You can see " FSW Global Spreadsheet" in the recent list. check(tick) the checkbox next to it.

I am a 9th june applicant noc 2174

I have my last year UCI number
till yesterday when i was checking my on-line file status it was showing last years detail but today it is showing nothing.
Any guess why?

Cool down.

My suggestion, give them the installment payment else they may cause problem.

Once you calm them down, raise complain after going through http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/representative/complaints.asp if you find it applicable.

This Forum is the lifeline that has kept most of us applicants going.

The very robust and instructive comments and guides are priceless, thanks to all the seniors in the house.

I will align with the admin group to call on all who visit the forum and have submitted applications to CIC to kindly update the SS, this helps the process and give a near clear view of the position of things and enrich the perspective of those who offer responses to queries and issues submitted by forum members. I have gained immensely from interacting with this forum, and to say the truth, it is becoming an addiction for me.

No day passes by without me being to the forum, reading every comment both questions and answers. I have been richly informed, blessed and well guided.

It is important for me to mention a few names: Ashif_eee, Kollins, Century, Oscar, and every of the other admin persons, you are always available both online and offline.

Thanks guys for the great work, as we all keep the Canada Dream alive.

Cheers to all Forum members!
