1. NDVO don't issue AOR
2. On current average, it takes around 47 days of getting MR after PER.
3. Can't say as none from NDVO got Visa

For points 3 and 4 -
3) They give a visa stamp in Passport with single entry and let's say they have requested medicals on 9-sept 2014 then u have to make entry in Canada before 9th Sept 2015 (prior 1 year from medical request). My in laws recently got the PR (non FSW category)

4) Once u land in Canada u need to give a address at immigration checking where they send the PR card by post. PR cards usually takes 2 to 3 months. Without those cards you cannot re-enter in Canada. My in laws did the first entry and came back after 1 month. Their PR cards came later at my Brother in law address. While coming to India he brought those

P.S. This is the case for generic PR procedure, I hope in FSW PR same applies.

I am 2133 too, and London VO. My CC got charged on 28th May, now waiting for PER. after PER what your experience says, in how long will I hear from LVO, What does LVO do after issuing AOR. and how long will that take.

As it has been done 3 times already, I am not sure what is the next course of action but my advise will be:
1. Get HDFC to allow international transaction upto1lac
2. FAX CIC that they can attempt to charge your application again and mention the reason for failure in previous cases.
3. Also send a hard copy of the fax to them directly via super express courier.... UPS should be there in 5 days ....

Canadian Immigration requires that all adult applicants, without exception, have a chest X-ray at some stage. This is a part of the tuberculosis control program. If you are pregnant and are concerned about having an X-ray, you have a few options:

You can have the X-ray now, with a special protective shield covering your abdomen. This protects your baby from radiation. (This is probably safe but no guarantee can be given. Consult your own doctor for advice)

You can do the other parts of your medical examination now and have the X-ray after the birth of your baby. However, your medical report will not be submitted to CIC until the X-ray examination is completed.

You can postpone the whole examination until after the birth of your baby.
