i have been reading that pcc is needed in case you traveled to another country.

i stayed in Dubai for 3 months , was i required to send a pcc with my application ?

No.... PCC required if u stayed for minimum 6 months

Interesting.

It's interesting but not uncommon. There will always be people that will hate immigrants from their gut. The most common reason is they think immigrants steal their jobs and ruin their community, which of course is not true. They have a problem understanding that an arts major doesn't fill a position needed in technology. In fact, some of the developed countries couldn't support their economies if not for economic immigrants.

No email, it came in the post. I forgot my diploma certificate and my manager didnt write my duties/responsibilities soo they sent it back saying i didnt give evidence that i performed the main duties set in the NOC. I will get it sent out tomorrow and get my manager to do me a new letter. My mistake but very frustrating!

So sorry to hear this but was there any evidence of the date when CIC sent it back bcos it was obviously sent back a while ago since it came through post.

I know i am too late, but still wanna know if there is a chance to apply for FWSP of Canada?
When is the last date for submitting the application?
If still there is time then can anyone please share me the links where i can find the step by step process.

Which NOC are u applying for ? depends of the NOC... check the link below... if you NOC is not among the first 5 NOC's then your chances are more than 75% of getting in the caps.

What was missed. If possible please quote the email of rejection from CIC here. It will help others.

NOC 3012 is not that hot, you can re-apply....

As your NOC is not hot , i would suggest you pay with DD , youve just got one shot at it , ensure that you make the most of it and not leave any loose ends.

Hi,

My docket for NOC 1123 has reached CIC on 13th August, 2014 and as part of the docket, i have included the PCC which was issued on 9th June. Do you think we will be required to get the PCC again? BTW what is the validity of PCC issued in New Delhi?

PCC is valid for a year, unless specified differently in the report.
