It seems that they might have worked completeness check by mid of June till now & the update yesterday includes complete applications rather than based on issuance of PER...........

Numbers updated by CIC must be based on completeness check rather than PER or charging... otherwise how June applicant's file may return on Mid Sept..?? It takes time to return back

Okay. So it's completeness check first, followed by fee charge and then PER ?

Looks like completeness check and Determination of +ve eligibility are 2 separate things with separate guidelines.

Makes sense and it works in our favor.

Now when can i expect the PER golden mail for me

No email, it came in the post. I forgot my diploma certificate and my manager didnt write my duties/responsibilities so they sent it back saying i didnt give evidence that i performed the main duties set in the NOC. I will get it sent out tomorrow and get my manager to do me a new letter. My mistake but very frustrating!

I totally empathize with your situation. Please get a fresh pack ready and consult the forum members before sending. I am sure you will make it this time.... Now, cheer up

Going by this, even If a person has been working in a company from past 6-7 years in the same role, he/she needs individual reference letters for his/her designation changes. Thats bizzare....a worry none the less

Yes looks like it, especially if you have broken down the work ex separately in the schedule 3 form, and especially if that breakdown has references of different NOC codes.

If for past 6 years , your experience is in the same NOC code for the same company, and your job duties are same, then it doesn't matter. This is what i understand from this case.
