I just need to confirm that I submitted the same bank statement (which i submitted on May 2014) or I need to get the latest.

Sorry to hear that. Regarding Bank statements, I think it would be better to get the latest one.

I have received my Medical Request and need to submit the same by 30th oct 2014. However I am in Sweden till November.

Can i get the medical done in Sweden & will it be accepted by Delhi VO. Also, how Sweden doctor (authorised by CIC) will send the medical report to New Delhi VO (electronically or by courier).

Please suggest.

You can give medicals anywhere in the world as long as the doctor is a CIC PANELIST.

I got an email an hour back that my WES assessment is completed.. and I can log onto my account to check the report/.

When I click on VIEW REPORT... all I get is assessment process, where is my assessment? did I miss something..


Also, since some people were basing their analysis on it, I think WES processing time has decreased.. They received all my documents last Monday and first update said my assessment would be completed by 3rd october.. But i got the completion within 5 working days .. best of luck to all..

I signed my application in early June but it was sent to my Lawyer in Canada first and then might have got delivered in Late June or may be even in July start. In the meantime, CIC update Generic Application form IMM008 on 17 June 2014.

I am really concerned about what will happen to my application :-[

Which date does CIO treats as application date? Is it the date on which Forms were signed (in my case it was early June) OR the date on which package was delivered at CIO? Will they consider the old form if my application got delivered after 17th June OR in the month of July?

Would you suggest me to send us to fill in the updated forms and send it to CIO with cover letter? But I dont have any UCI# or any reference number.

I also have a similar case... downloaded forms before 17th June and used that when i sent my app on August 4th.
Did you check with your Canadian lawyer?? what did he/she say?

What do you think I will be charged for NOC 2173? Application received on 27 August.
I assume the they are accepting on average 50 applications per week.
Any comments on this ?

I dont know exactly which option i selected for WES evaluation

I paid 192$ to WES for 2 reports...

Now i got Mail from WES saying
"In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your application, they will need to review your evaluation report through using WES's online service. In order to allow CIC to access this service, you will need to order a duplicate report and select CIC as a recipient of your WES evaluation report.
If you are using the attached order form and want to pay by credit card, please fax the completed form to 416.972.9004."

I m ready to pay them,,,but just tensed whether CIC can rejectc my Application based on this?

What is the package type that you see on your WES account? For ex, check a FSWP package:

If yours doesn't show FSWP (which it obviously isn't since CIC can't see your report online), and you also don't get option to upgrade to FSWP you should contact WES over email and ask them to assist with upgrade to FSWP package. They should reply in 2-3 days at most.

I applied for ferderal skilled worker program under the NOC 4011 category 3 months back. Status of processing fee DD attached is still outstanding and it is about to expire within 2 days i.e on 17th september 2014. i want to change my payment option from DD to credit card before DD get expired. Kindly suggest the options at the earliest. Thank you

Was it specifically mentioned that DD validity was 3 months ? If not, relax. International DD validity by default is 6 months.

Does CIC goes one week ahead of CC charge. Looks like CIC is charging on May 28th applications so does it means they already checked
files of June Ist week.

Does any one knows 2174 NOC CC charged last time was which date??

You got possible chances as you are just a june applicant... dont worry u'll be in cap... yes ur guesses are almost true... cc charge currently is taking place 10-11 days aprox prior to PER. so u are safe n will fall into 700s most likely..cheerup! keep praying!

Hi all, i feel i might be just on time or just too late for my NOC but until i know for sure, here is a question: According to CIC, they will return my package if the application is denied, but anyone knows how long would it take for them to return the package? Because if i dont make the cap i fully intend to apply again next year as early as humanly possible and would need my IELTS and WES results back to do so!

You can order additional WES report and request British Council / IDP for additional IELTS Report for fresh application as an alternate
