Posting this again as no response received so far in last 100+ pages...

Getting reference letter from current employer /manager will adversly affect my job & pay.
I can get the same from colleague but he is not having his business card or letter head.

I plan to get reference email showing his company email address & signature in it. what other documents I should put to convince my case & not loosing points.
Also should I mention this reason, as I dont want CIC to approach my HR or manager for this reason, however everything is genuine & so I dont have nothing to hide.

Any successful applicant/consultant with similar case, pls suggest..

Had replied earlier to this.

Try to get ref letter from manager or senior rather than colleague. In worst case scenario get it from your colleague.
You can print his details on the letter itself. No need of any email.

Though seems surprising that your colleagues do not have a visiting card...!!!!

I sent the bank certificates with my account and balance details. But the certificates contained account details in in the local currency and not the Canadian dollars. Was it mandatory to have attached accounts details equivalent in CAD..? WORRIED :'(

I think you can show in local currency , but in Economic Class form you should mention it in CAD

Did you get a chance to see the overall increase in the number? Dont you think it is highest? Is it a positive indication that they have increased the speed.

Speed is increased... yes..., my concern is its processing matching to our spreadsheet. Last week did we get (30%) relative PER for NOC 2174? or did we have 30% relative CC/DD charge for NOC 2174? whichever respectively results to CAP count...I doubt that :-\

Yea ... a full week to go for me to find some positivity ...... The only SILVER lining to all this was that the increase of application processed was far greater than percentage increase for NOC1112. I'm jsut glad I'm not NOC2174

Total CIC processing earlier 100/day ... now 150/day: 50% increase
NOC2174 processing earlier 15/day.... now 25/day: 60% increase
NOC1112 processing earlier 14/day.... now 15.5/day: 10% increase


Lets be positive ...... !!!
