All photocopies which I shall be sending to CIC (like degree, transcript), pp copy etc
DO I NEED TO SEND 'TRUE COPIES' OF ALL THAT AS WELL?
or simply the photocopies without attestation?

please DO NOT GET AN XRAY DONE FOR YOUR WIFE (I see your vo is ndvo any minor mistake by radio attendant will cost you for life time, if considering shield) also the medico can give the exception and all the other reports will be sufficient for the exception....don't wait until delivery(my opinion) take exception and go ahead....I don't want to scare you but. Radiographs procedure can put the foetus getting permanent issues (just an info bro...your child is fine) , exceptions can easily be given based on her history basically an old X-ray, habits(smoking etc.) find them and please once do consult Gynaecologist, I'm ONLY MBBS

Have a few queries, appreciate if you could help me
Actually It's my wife who is the primary applicant & she has appx 8+ yrs of experience (2.5 yrs in HR and 5.5 yrs in Operations. She left working in May 2013. She is now applying under 0112 (HR manager) NOC. Hope that is fine??

The other question is that she has been working as Senior executive in HR and not as HR manager however her job responsibilites match & have been written in the reference letter. Hope that is good??

Moroever her immediate boss is an Assistant Manager & not a Manager. Please suggest it it is okay he signs & puts his designation or should I request the AVP- HR (which is a difficult) for signing the letter??

Hi Kapoor09, your question was answered by many when you first posted this question. Please flip back to the pages to the date when you asked the question and you will find answers there... you may need to flip some pages back and forth though.

If her job duties match more than 60% of the duties listed for NOC 0112, then it is good.
An Senior colleague and some instance peer letters have also worked. If possible attach the Business Card of this person with the letter.
