I have sent my additional doc by courier then emailed to them to inform them I have sent them by courier. They will not accept addtional docs sent via email which is mentioned in computer generated acknoeledgement email.
Thanks again for helping droslim

I am getting lots of requests on this. Could you please be kind enough and answer these questions, that are being asked. I knew Oscar posted them some pages back, but i am finding it hard to locate.

1. Address to which you sent the additional copy?
2. Did you mention anything specific in the envelop mailing label? or was it same as the label requested in CIC website when sending fresh app?
3. Email id to which you sent this communication about addendum docs.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks droslim;

Your post has come in so timely. I was just working on my cover letter for additional documents (Reference Letters); since you have just nailed it I am going to run through you what I am sending (in sequence):

  • Bar Code Pages from original application
  • Cover Letter (Highlighting all information, reasons, an apology and lots of gratitude)
  • Additional Document
  • Copies of online courier receipts stating the date the application was received

Am I good to go?

P.S. which courier service did you use? (from India?)
I think you are allright. I read that matching of docs may or may not be successful, in my case mine was okay. I used DHL from Malaysia.

Wow!! that was a kind of information that I was looking for. +1 for you.

I can provide property evaluation documentation as the property I will be buying now will not be financed by any bank and hence I will go ahead and get its evaluation documentation. Will consult my legal adviser for required proofs. Before anything else, I will shoot an email to CIC explaining them my situation to keep it black and white. What do you say?
Sounds good. Do drop a mail to NDVO so that you get similar confirmation in your inbox, which then you can attach as supporting proof, if they ever ask you in future about POF details :)

Attaching the mail i sent for your help.

Dear Forum Members,

The address/phone number/fax of the company where I am currently working have changed and the email address domain is also changed as its merged in a group. My application has not been assessed as of now I guess as I am 18th June applicant.

What should I do ? Should I resend the experience letter on a new letter head ? or wait till I get a PER ?

Experienced forum members comments are required.
