Can anyone predict when the cap for 3012 will possibly be filled. Im scared that my application will not be considered since it took me 3 months to apply after the reopening of the fsw program. I'm pretty sure you will be in the first 500 let alone 1,000. Relax and enjoy the wait ;)
 
Hi All...

I was worried till date and am still. My App was received on May 14th and somehow after few continues trips to bank i got to know that my DD was Encashed on 22 August but yet to receive any confirmation regarding PER mail. Normally how many does it takes to receive per after DD gets enchased. I am really worried. :(

you need to worry because my case is similar to yours and got the PER back on 29th itself..joking man..you will surely get your PER email in next 3-5 days !

I have a gut feeling that NOC 3012 will pick up in the 4th quarter. QSW has recently announced CAP full and consultation agencies are marketing this program as the main entry of nurses to CAD. Applications jumped from 20s to 50s in a week. Take note that this NOC was previously part of FSW 2011 but it was absent for 2 years so many did not expect the return of this NOC this year.

But whips is correct and you should not worry. :-)

You should use current forms as there may be changes on the forms.
I got my application back too and there is a statement that says "Pls note that applications will be assessed according to the instructions in place at the time they are received".
This means it doesn't matter when you filled the form, it is the time they receive it that matters.

In reference to your quote above ,my situation is very similar to yours . My file reached on 2nd June under 2214 .I have got all enough points needed to be approved . I am right now In Canada and working under the same NOC . The problem is cedit card detail what I mention in the forms is no more working and my Canadian Local bank just updated my Cedit Card with a new one without letting me know . Hence what I did on 10th june I sent a letter to CIC and explain my situation and provide new Cedit Card details .
I request you if you please let me know what date you applied so that I can estimate my application time also

I have a question,According to my work experience my designation was insurance manager noc 0121 but my job responsibilities was of insurance sales supervisor noc 6231 (noc b),which occupation i can use for my fedral application,as i have arranged employment in noc 0621.

Very probably, u'l get your PER this month. On Sept 30, 115 days would have passed since your apps were received.
U can notice on SS that on the 100 last PER's, only 02 took more than 115 days b/w App. Rcvd & PER.

Then we may consider, roughly, there is 98% chance that you will get PER this month!

If you are applying through arranged employment, you should mention the NOC that your employment belongs to. For this stream, the occupation does not have to be in the list of 50.

Thank you bosschips and whips. I really hope that's true. I was prepared last 2011 and have lost hope for 3 years. Haha. So last May when i heard the news, I have to retake everything like ielts and have my education assessed by wes since it was not a requirement back in 2011. Im just reallly worried but i'll try not to. :) if its meant to be, it will be. ... ;)

I've just checked your recent posts to read your prediction. Pretty cool. Was it just a guess, or did you calculate it somehow? If it's a calculation, I'd be interested to see your method :)

My designation was insurance manager (noc 0121) 0 category

job duties was of insurance sales supervisor (noc 6231) b category

Working in canada as retail store manager (noc 0621) 0 category with arranged employment(lmo based)

Ielts writing 6,reading 7,listening 7,speaking 8

eca done

pcc done

am i eligble

suggest me what should i do and how...
