Actually we have seen cases rejected because of this reason. So, its absolutely essential to send either a new application (in case you have Second IELTS original) with explanation why you are sending another app.
Or second option is to send just the degree certificate and send a cover letter along mentioning all your details of prev app like:
Applicant name, passport number, app received date at CIC, UCI number from past (in case you have UCI then most probably your cerficate will be placed in the original file)

I didnt receive any UCI so far.. Can I still send the degree certificates???

There should not be any problem with CC payments. Well I have sent the DD myself but I think with CC one can have check on the payment through net banking or sms insta-alerts. But once DD is sent, every time you have to contact with the bank for its status.

Please make sure your CC should not exceed the purchase limit for at least 120 days from now.

i am planning to send my application by this month end and dor payment options i am planning to give my credit card details of CITIBANK.

So just want to confirm that normally payment gets through or not.

I am from India and not aware of such cases

I could be wrong but CIC says 'Provide proof of unencumbered and readily transferable funds in a convertible currency available for settlement in Canada'. AFAIK, PF is not readily transferable. Please use caution in proceeding with the same.

CIC processed 534 applications in the first week, 470 in the second week, 469 in the third and 403 in the 4th .... Seems like CIC is slowing down ... we could account for a drop in the 4th week in the set above due to one less working day but there is nothing to show that they are picking up pace ..... COme on people. ... get your act together .... !!

If CIC doesnt process 500+ applications in the current week with the full working week (next total Cap update > 3263), then I will seriously lose it ... !!
