Thanks Bro....one more thing ..I have reference letter as per CIC from my current company but previous Companies are not giving ...So do i have any other alternative.

n regarding your answer .do i need to mention other NOC of previous exp which are not related to 2171..or CIC will tc...

Regarding the 2nd question, yes, you have to mention the other NOC.

For you 1st query, get the employment letter, release letter, pay slips; about evidence in absence of reference letter, I leave it to expert/senior. Just note that, last year, self attested job description was not accepted.

@ jinjin,

NOC with '0' prefix is Mgr/ Sr Mgr level as per Canada. So if you are in India, you have to be atleast AVP/VP/ Director in your Co. with atleast 7-8 yrs experience.
Since your designation is 'Financial Analyst'.. pls see if you can match your main Job duties with that of Financial Analyst in NOC 1112 (it also includes Investment Analyst which you may ignore)

Go by job description and your role. If your role matches that of 0111, go for it. Its
1. What you do (or did)
2. What's written on your employment letter
3. How convincing of a case you can make, if there were to be an interview

Remember, you are immigrating to Canada in an "intending occupation" for which you have had 1 year experience in the last 10 years.
So don't sweat.

2)....n i have one more query...I lived in UK for a year i already got the PCC for that...but PCC from India will take a month....so i will not wait for it ....n submit it with UK PCC....wat should i tick in the checklist ...yes or no...and should i attach a letter...dat i will submit India PCC later on
3) does d photocopy of passports and resident permit card need to b notarized (as my spouse n i lived in UK he has work permit card)
4) as we are providing reference letter in original containing all d info like duration of employment, wages and duties and all....so do we have to provide experience letter as well....as my experience also has d same info like d reference letter....dey both are same in content
5) is it essential to be currently working to apply for FSWP 2014...i am noc 3142

please please help

Dear Monika,
1) Yes... you can write "till date"
2) Yes, you can send the UK PCC for now and write in the check list column of PCC, that you will send Indian PCC later.
OR you can keep the UK PPC for now and write in the check list that the PCC will be send later.... then will asked for it in later stage.. but both PCC's are must.
3)Yes, pls get it notarized
4) Both letters are okay as long as they mention the duties of your respective NOC. Pls match it with the NOC. Its must.
5) Nope, all they look for 1 year exp in the last 10 years. Even if you have left the job and with no work at the moment, can still apply.

You can consider calling/emailing your visa office, New Delhi.

Seniors, Please respond

Dear Ankit,
If you have mentioned in the Schedule 3 economic class form that you are still working in the same position. Then they will count 4 years.
Then you will get 13 points for it and not 11.... ;D

On the cic website it says get reference letter for all employers in the last ten years but only one of my employers is relevant to the noc code do I still have to get reference letters from the others even though they don't count towards experience points?

If you want points for your work experience in the last 10 years, you need a letter of reference. It doesn't have to be that detailed - just title, duration, and salary. If the title is more or less in a Skill Lvel 0, 1 or 2 category, you will get points. If there is doubt, the visa office will contact you. But remember, for your intended occupation you need to show a fairly detailed job letter.

I agree. At this stage, this "next to next :)" information makes more sense to me also as people just started sending applications but later (may be mid next month), these columns will not be as relevant to be kept together and can be switched back As Is again.

Over to Admins to decide.

Hi guys. Actually, this is exactly what I wanted to discuss with everyone.

First, regarding the column order. Initially I thought the same, the columns should be in chronological order. But then I realized if I move the "Application received at CIO" column to the same place where "Receiving time" column is now, it will be rather inconvenient to scroll horizontally all the time between the "NOC", "Visa Office" columns and the "Application received" column - these 3 columns (maybe arguably) contain the most interesting information now.
Do you believe it's not an issue and it's still better to move the "Application received" column to the left of "Receiving time" column?
Feedback from everyone is welcome.

Next, about row sorting. I've used the FSW 2013 spreadsheet sorting order as a reference, and also it seems to be convenient when applications are sorted by their status, then by NOC, and then by Received date. Looks logical to me, but again, feedback from everyone is welcome. Let's ask and see what most people prefer.

And don't forget - there's sorting filters available, in the menu: Data->Filter Views. You can choose your own favorite filter from them and use it :)

Also, sorry for some bugs - currently the person who updated their information last is placed to the end of the list, due to specifics of how Google Spreadsheets refreshes formula results. I'll try to find a workaround.
I'll also think how to resolve duplicates issue - looks like default Google Form behavior is buggy and under some circumstances it creates duplicates even when someone edits their info using an edit link.

Good job dmitrych.:D

I think you need to expedite your process as when you submit your docs in July 1st week, I doubt that 2132 will reach Cap. If possible take your IELTS on 7th June. :) :)

Regarding funds, you need to show the Bank letter and statements for the required funds which CIC has asked.

+1 abhi for helping members...:D
