What is the alternative for birth certificate? Heard CIC has returned the app which had affidavit.. Is it so??

Photograph specifications of FSW and Citizenship vary only by head size 5 mm higher for the later.
Eventhough, I have given a paper with photo specifications to the photographer he printed my photos as per citizenship specs instead of permanent residence specs.
Is CIC very specific and strict about this minor change?
Any one had experience application process delayed due to photo specifications mis-match?

Rejections due to inappropriate photographs is highly unlikely , unless someone provides a photo much larger than the required size.

Affidavit from parents is fine.

Another document in lieu of BC is Secondary school certificate with your name , DOB , parents' name on it

I doubt rejection will never happen, at the worst they may ask for sending new photographs. Am I right?

Mate anxiety won't make your Canada dream come true, but your resilience and patience will.

As per SS, there are quite a few people from 14th may still awaiting their CC/DD encashment

CIC's work pattern can not be precisely predicted but apparently they are processing files received on multiple dates so you should keep your spirits up. Try to contact your bank to know the updated status of your DD.

Its not mandatory that u will need to show 6 months statement....

Its depends on the case officer....If he has any doubt he may ask for this duration's statement.....

Hello Guys,

I got RPRF, Medical and PCC request from NDVO yesterday (5th September), need to submit docs by October 20th. I am a bit of worried, I didn't get yet PCC from FBI, they received on 14th August, CC is not yet charged. Hope, by that time I will receive PCC from FBI.

One question, in the medical request u got are they specifying all the country names individually or just mention countries since last 10 years( 6+ months continues stay)

Brother... CIC is showing they received 2360 complete application for processing.... which applications are they counting among 2360..?? After Charging and PER or After checking the completeness of the application..??

Need help on Marriage Certificate from Karnataka Bangalore...
I check and it looks like its gonna take a Month to get the Certificate Issues and I am trying for one of the hot NOC 2171, any suggestions on this matter would be appreciated and also anyone know there's any chance of getting it a bit quicker.. I dont mind shelling some extra coins...
