Hi GUYS, Need urgent help...

I have received the employment reference letter from my employer.
The letter contains all the details mentioned as per the checklist, job roles and responsibilities, salary and work hours etc.
However, i have a concern..the letter ends with the following statement...

"This certificate is issued on his request to get admission for doctoral program, without any obligation or financial commitment on our part."

My current employer was not ready to give service letters for immigration purposes, which I have checked with my supervisor exactly year and half ago. I requested this letter stating the reason of my intention to do my Doctoral program.

My question is, will this letter work for FSWP? or shoudl I write an explanation in the covernote?
Please help me... Your reply would be very helpful...

Jaysheel, this should be perfectly fine... I have filed through a consultant and he has already told me that 2 applicants (through them) had sent such a letter with this disclaimer and got their PER already. So you should be fine as well.

Guys Please look at WES 's assessment of 3 years diploma in Nursing program.
The ECA report says;

Canadian Equivalence ....Three years of hospital study and training.
Specialty......Nursing.



What do you make out of this assessment report. Will it scale through CIC's requirement ?

I think this will not be acceptable for points by CIC... adding below quote here for your help...

Dear please contact WES if you got report from them as Three Years Undergraduate Study will not be recognized as this is my bitter experience last year and I also saw the same reason of rejection in the SS. Report should mention one of the description mentioned in the table in below link. As you will see there is no Three Years Undergraduate hence they will not give you marks. What I did this year, I contacted WES again & ask what is meant by Undergraduate study means please provide Canadian Equivalency then after two & half months of my question they give me new report & mentioned as Diploma 3 years which is mentioned in the table hence I will get marks.
So do the above before you submit application. You can check the points in following link.

helo seniors plz helpme out from this
five years ago I worked in a mnc for one year and

i misplaced the appointment letter ...its long time so nobody in that office known to me now...i could not get reference letter on early bases...idont have salary slips coz that we can get on official id only that got block at the time of resigning...
i cheked my personal mail inbox and all i got some mails related to that...these r send by me but neither any recieved .....
i m posting one of them....and the question is can this be used as proof .....to cover my one year gap in 7 years experience

I am an Techno Functional Oracle Apps consultant having 5years of exp.

I thought of applying for NOC- 2173 ( Caps- 218 as per CIC updates) But Can also apply for NOC 2171 ( Caps- 161 as per CIC updates ) .

Can you please suggest me for the CAPS. I will be applying by 18th-20th September,2014 as I am awaiting for my WES - ECA report.

Your suggestion would be highly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

NOC 2171 is a safer bet.

My friend Unicorn14 is awaiting PER mail as his application status is reflecting in Process. Hopefully he will get an update by tomorrow or day after.

PS - Just remembered it is Immutable - and I stand corrected he too had his ECAS status updated before the MR mail

For Immutable ECAS 2nd line update on Aug 27th and MR email on Sep 1st,

While for delhi2173 ECAS 2nd line got updated on Aug 5th prior to the MR email on Aug 20th
