After having my package sent back to me, I made all the corrections to the employment letter, had the translation done, printed new forms and sent my application back yesterday, september the 1st, via UPS. It's supposed to arrive friday, september the 5th.

I also included a cover letter explaining the corrections made, sent a copy of the refusal letter sent by CIC with my package.

I just hope I make it into the cap limit, cz I'm pretty sure that my letter is 100% correct now, as long as all the other documents.

Now it's time to sit back and wait, once again.

When was your original application received by CIC? Did you received an email on of the refusal letter or just the letter attached to your returned package?

Hi Seniors,

My spouse does not have her Birth Certificate and she was born in village from where the BC can only be arranged in 2-3 months as they have a very long procedure to register old births.

What is my alternative in case I cannot provide the BC for her? Can I get a Notarized Affidavit from her mother stating her birth and parental details? If yes, can you guide me if there is any format for the affidavit. She has her 10th class board certificate which states the DOB but not the parents' name.

If the UPS address contain all detail, there should be no issue at all.

Unfortunately my wife removed all documents from my envelope and put it directly in UPS envelope where there is no NOC code, just "Federal Skilled Worker" as the recipient.

Currently it is taking 100 days for charging CC/DD. You have to wait more than 1-2 months.

What is the average time of CC/DD getting charged, i can see from various examples that CC and DD are charged before, and PER takes a while to be issued. So does that mean that CC/DD are charged in like 1-2months?

The major complication that this creates is not the address, but the fact that CIC will have to re-consider who the real dependent is.

It's more than 100 days for some Century, today is 100 days for me and they haven't even started 21st May yet

Do I need to attest all my photocopies from notary public or someone, that needs to be included in my application package? Or only translations need to be attested? If all copies need to be attested, then by whom? I am residing in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Please suggest accordingly.

Send all you have as proof of birth, i think now in India it requires court's approval to issue birth Certificate for those whose records are not available. please do asap, I did for my parents and it took more than 2 months.

My 1st application was received on may 9th, by Mike.

I've got my application back to me, at my house, before the answer to the email I sent to CIC. The letter with the refusal reason was within the package, with the full explanation as to why it was refused.
Email answer was pretty generic, stating that some documents were missing and that they didn't have details on applications returned.
Application was posted back to me on july 21st, and was delivered to me in Brazil on august 18th (although I only got it last week, cz I was out on vacation).
Email answer received on august 27th.

hmmmm...thats not a very good sign for me..I am having discussions with bank for my cc, which they are wanting to re-issue

There must be available format to Notarized public. However, you can follow this:

AFFIDAVIT​

I, "Mothers full name " being duly sworn, hereby affirm and state:

1. I reside at "full address including country name".

2. The name of my husband is "Father's First Last Name" was born in "City, State, Country," on "Day Month Year".

3. I was born in "City, State, Country," on "Day Month Year".

4. I have been married to "Father's Full Nam" since "Day Month Year".

5. "Name of the person for whom this affidavit is being made" is our daughter who was born on "Day Month Year" in "City, State, Country".

So I do hereby solemnly affirm the foregoing are true and correct statements.

I got my UCI number within my rejected application, but, for some reason, I can't access ECAS.

All info typed in at the login page is correct.

Or, due to been rejected the 1st time, I'm not allowed to access it?

Can any1 enlighten me?
