I got a reply to my mail after 42 days :-X :-X

I saw lot of LVO applicants for 6th,7th and 8th may reported that their application transferred to local VO and second line added in ECAS showing they started processing application.[/size]

hey everyone....
i just got an email from CIC and my application has been refused.
they did not take in consideration my two appointments with two different companies, one of two and another of three years duration, which reduced my overall years of experience, and i didn't have enough (67) at the end.

i have two questions now:
at the end of the email, they said "Note: Any different or new information that you submit cannot be taken into consideration. "
however, very next line states : "Should you have different or additional information, you may wish to submit a new application"

now i have two questions:
1. can i apply again, with new experience letters from my previous employers, where i'd have them state almost everything from the NOC description, so that cic is satisfied with it or not?
2. can i apply for different NOC, since i could gather documents for that too?
seniors, what are your thoughts?

that means that most of 2013 applicants are receiving visas now or since 2 mnths earlier?
But as I recall last year till September or October there was strike in most visa offices and they were working on skeleton staff..

First of all very saddddddddd to hear that.
Did you send reference letters from the previous companies and whether the work experience was under Skill category O, A & B.

I faced similar problem.. in my dad passport, his name was showing in surname column and given name was empty..however my education docs include my surname/family name.. so for question no. 4 i wrote my surname in family name box and wrote my dad name in given name box..I think not applicable would not be appropriate ..moreover you are primary applicant not your father so tht would not be an issue..however make sure that you wrote correct name of your father as per passport in family information form. as these will preserve in the CIC system and when your parents will apply on your sponsor they will verify it your relation from family information form.

For the LVO applicants, most of them are rcving VISA right now or from two month earlier (actual flow)...

So u may assume its 12-14 months processing time as per current trend...

Sorry for your refusal. Please elaborate your case by sharing why they dint take your previous experience into consideration. Did your Job ref letter have the duties listed?

There is no delay bro. CIC are currently reviewing apps submitted about 20th May and below. Just be a bit more patient. They'll probably pick up August submissions in November or December.
