I am nearly finished preparing my file. Shall I send for NOC 0013 now or wait for new year. Not sure if I will be with in cap or not?

Please advice.

Did you send secondary school certificate which has your father and mother's names! In that case you are fine, else do what the seniors have already suggested.

Finally, I have sent my application package on 25th Aug for NOC 2071 and is expecting it to each on 29th Aug.
But I don't know how come had I missed my birth certificate ?

Is is mandatory to send it? What should I do?
If I send it, what should I write in the envelope?

Nope this is not required.....Although some puts their name and DOB which is completely optional....

Can any please tell what exactly is the last date for FSW 2014 applications.And when exactly the Express entry 2015 will start.
As per CIC they have mentioned January 2015 only.
Does it mean FSW 2014 will close at 31th Dec 2014.

They are saying they are helpless... I am trying to reach DHL Ontario...

P.S. By the way, I have included one Family Registration Certificate from our govt authority which contains my brother, my father and my mother name. All of them are Canadian Citizens. Will it not be suffice to prove? This is an official document for family members.

I am not sure whether case officer's accept this since this is not the declared format from CIC....Still its better option if u could recall the package....Yes try to reach NS local DHL office...they might help u....

Hi all.... By God's grace My CC got charged yesterday night.... However 1st attempt went unsuccessful on 20th August but yesterday it went through in 2nd attempt... 14th may applicant... Noc 1112.. Will update the spreadsheet in couple of hours... Thanks seniors for ur kind words of hope...

However I have prepared a few, one explaining why I can't provide the reference letters from one of my employers and instead I am providing other documents. Another cover letter explains the documents for proof of funds, explaining which one is a asset and which one is settlement fund.

Should I keep these cover letters in my application or should I remove them.

Please help.

Why dont you prepare just a single cover letter and explain everything in it! That would be better.
