I read on one website that we can submit the self affidavit, with other supporting documents like letter from colleague with JD which is notarized and hid ID card. I have got all these documentation done.

I want to claim this experience, as this is the large chunk (5 years ) of experience.

I have BEP letter which was issued by my current employer (which i used for H1B Visa application-however this was issued in Sep 2013) which i having JD. i am submitting a copy of that as well.

Please let me know your thoughts on this.

U can check the below:

Accumulated Suggestion :

"1) Please descibe the reference letter with your NOC on a white A4 paper and get it acknowledged by your supervisor/ Sr colleague.
2) Take a copy of photo I'd (company tag photo id) of your supervisor of your company...get it signed by him on it and do attestation
3) Get a service letter from your employee stating you have worked from so and so time with your designation
4) provide an affidavit supporting why you are not able to provide the reference letter in company letter head and attach the service letter provided along with this
5) Submit appointment letter (if exists)
6) Submit Payslip (if exists)
7) Business card of applicant (if exists)

You are wrong. Self attested duties are not acceptable.
 
Thank you very much for your quick reply mate. What is the difference between teh certificate and the statement btw? Also, on question 12b it seems that there is little room to say my main activities within my job. Is it ok to print that and write it down with a pen?

Reference letters from Colleagues with duties written on it , is OK.
 
Some people seem to be confused about this then. Some people yesterday told me to write purchasing manager there as it is in the NOC list even though my job title isn't exactly purchasing manager... that is just confusing...

I have another question regarding generic application form. I have finished school (10 years) and a university (5 years). I have sent to WES ONLY university diploma, but not school diploma. I'm not going to send school diploma at all (I think it's ok). What should i answer to question total number of years of education? 5 years or 15 years? Or i shold send my school diploma to WES asap and submit it with my application? BTW, will my application be rejected without school diploma?

Brother,

Bank certificate is a letter from bank. They will declare that xxx named with 1234 acc holder has attaching with them from 01/01/2000 with the balance of 1235 CAD.

Thats it...Just contact with the bank ...they are familiar with this.......

and for the job duties u can write in short and major duties (not all the duties from ur employment letter).......


Or otherwise an extra page of tht form to write all duties.......
 
1. It is pretty difficult to get reference letters from clients - so naturally self employed will be inclined to self attested. If it is forbid for them, logically, it is forbidden for other also who can relatively more easily get it from supervisor/HR/colleagues.
2. Document checklist does not mention, it is only applicable for self employed.

Hello experts,

I am just preparing my documents.
My passport has no surname written on it.
the full name is mentioned under "Given Names"

For IELTS application, it mentioned to put a "-" in the last name column .
What do I put in the last name column in WES account creation for education credential assesment ?

Pls activate ur SMS services, to get msg if ur card get declined anywhere ... In case ur international limit is less n gets declined by any error.. U can do the needful ASAP

Hi guys, i am currently finishing my docs. Just a little thought:

Do I have to mention in the application forms all my previous jobs, including those that are not related to my NOC?

I will be applying for 2171 (info sys analyst)
do i need to include my previous positions related to 2174 (programmer) ?
