My experience is as following:-

Recent HR Executive-3.5 yrs
Sr. IT recruiter-1 year
Sr. Consultant (recruitment)-1 year

currently i am not working, quit my job fpr pursuing Phd in August 2013,

can i apply for HR Manager...
Cos i am eligible to apply as i am scoring 68
12 for age (i am 28 years old)
20 for ielts (List-7, Reading-6.5, Writing-6.5, Speaking-7.5)
23 for education as i am Post grad (MBA)
13 for my work expe (as have 5.5 years work experience)
Total 68,
The only concern is can an HR executive apply for HR manager....Pls suggest so that i can start processing
Even i have appropriate fund to show and that to maintained past one year

Pls urgently need advice so that i can start my education assessment from WES....
and another thing as i have not completed yet,i cant show it in my education..then what should i write to justify why i quit my job....pls pls help

Can someone tell me my points.

Myself:
BE
15+ years of exp in IT (2174)
Age: 36

IELTS:
S - 7
W-6
R-5.5
L-5.5

Wife:
MBA - 4 years exp

I believe for IELTS you must have minimum 6.0 in all modules. I am afraid your IELTS result wont make u eligible. If I were you I would go for another IELTS test ASAP.

Please someone correct me if I am wrong.

I am wondering whether my passport should be valid for at least 6 months or so.
My passport will expire in the mid of coming June!
The problem is, it I need to renew my passport this may take one month or so and the cap maybe filled.
Any idea about that ??

submit application with current passport, specify the problem in covering letter. Get a new passport and then communicate with CIC and update your passport number.

If you are claiming adaptability points for your spouse or common-law partner’s language proficiency, you must include the results of their official English language proficiency test (CELPIP – General or IELTS – General Training)..

This is mentioned under CIC guidelines. But If I submit wife's Academic IELTS, will they be consider it at all or not?

Hi Guys,

Please advise in the checklist they require some documents as a copy, this means that we will submit the following:

1- Copy of Bank statement
2- Copy of reference letters
3- Copy of Birth, marriage certificates (I will translate these documents in a translation office, shall i submit copy of the original certificates and original translation stamped by the translator? OR I have to submit copy of both (original and original translation)?

My suggestion is to send the copy=>notarize all docs and ---->Translated docs are original....

Are you sure on this ? below is the exact question

"Identify, from the list below, the primary occupation and corresponding four-digit 2011 National occupation classification(NOC) code that will be assess whether your application meets the minimum program requirements to be eligible for processing"

I am confused by the statement "from the list below". Which list are they referring to ? NOC occupation list or the occupation under each NOC code ?

How does it matter which list. Occupation list has your NOC and your NOC consists of many job titles out of which one suits to your current title.

AND THE FUNDS WE HAVE TO SHOW NEED TO BE 6 MONTHS OLD??????

AND WHILE SHOWING FUNDS IS FIXED DEPOSIT CERTIFICATE (which has the requested amount and is a joint FDR )ENOUGH TO JUSTIFY OUR FUNDS. ??????

My ECA says 4 years degree as per Canadian standard. I am confused. will I get 21 or 22 points?

Hello... I have another query.. Please can anyone suggest...
I applied in 2013 and got my file returned due to cap full... There was a UCI number assigned in the email.. Do i need to mention that number in my 2014 forms? Or i can leave them blank..?
Please suggest..

U shoud mention UCI no on the Generic application form...No problem..If u dont now,then CIC himself will assign same number later...

Vai, Its ur Job title need to be filled on the box...Its not the Noc title for 2174....
