Dear Seniors,

1) I dont have a Birth certificate, so i'm including my 10th mark sheet and making an affidavit in place of BC - hope this is okay. - This is Ok along with the affidavit declaration from Mother explaining the reason for not having the birth certificaite
2) We mentione the details of father n mother in one of the forms.Do we need to send id proofs/date of birth proofs of parents? Not required

No he simply means 10th class certificate along with BC affidavit is fine.

i was filling this form and observed that when i fill the box in which i have to mention the expiry date of the card..like the expiry month is JAN..when i enter 01 ..it only takes 1 and left the other box blank...is it fine..or i should write 01 with a pen.

for the first point I will suggest there is no harm in attaching an Affidavit ,as one should not leave anything to CIC people interpretation. also getting an affidavit is not that big issue.
for 2 & 3 point leave it blank. don't write anything
for fourth point, there are no changes in schedule 3 and in general form I don't see any thing either. I will suggest as you are still to send in ur app, just download the new one and fill it .
Reason is CIC people make some changes to the form but forget to change the last change date next to doc list in application package

but in all educational documents it appeared as Md Kareem Khan

do i need to submit affidavit

2. Shall i leave blank for UCI number or write N/A (first time applicant)
3. Shall i leave blank for FAX number or write N/A
4. Please tell me what are the updates in Generic form,schedule 3 form and other forms

Iam a bit worried now... iam a May 7th applicant applied under 2174, my ECAS status shows: Received you PR application on May 7th. but till now havent received the PER mail. whereas i see most of the post May 7th guys have started getting PER mails...

Is this something to worry about ??? or do i need to wait for some more time.

Any one else who is the same situation ????

-check Junk Mail first and add " @ cic.gc.ca" and "@ international.gc.ca" to your email safe list domain so when VO will email u, u will get their email.
- if you have UCI , actually u don't need PER... ECAS is the important thing !
PER giving CUI and Application number( the email subject that u will receive from VM is ur application number. then PER is not that important )

mine expiry date is feb ... i just put 2 not 02 and got charged

it is fine and u can write it with a pin

zeemaple...acc to me ..that is debatable since someone got his application returned even before charging started for that date(13th May)........
also after charging almost 100% guys get the PER so it should be simultaneous......
But again that is just speculation.....any senior guys can throw more insight to it...
