Hi, Could anyone suggest an alternative for Experience letter with job responsibilities since my employer is not gonna provide my job responsibilities due to privacy clause. I could arrange the following documents:-

1. Offer letter
2. Pay Slips
3. Bonafide letter

Please suggest which other documents could be added to have better chances of immigration. And also will these alternatives work or only experience letter with responsibilities would work.

Thanks!!!

Try to get the letter with duties from Supervisor or colleague if your HR is not willing. I am afraid this is a mandatory document and sending application without it would result in sure shot refusal.
If they are not willing to provide on letterhead then as a last resort, you can atleast try to get it on plain paper and attach their business card along with explanation from you in cover letter that it is against your company's policies.

You must land within 1 year of your medical exam.

After landing, you must spend 2 out of every 5 years in Canada to retain PR status.
new rules coming up. Read on site that they are changing it to 4 out of 6 years...

Hi Experts,

In IMM5562, is there any signature field available for Primary applicant and for Spouse??? confused with previous posts....

Please clarify bro...

No. There isn't any signature field available on Supplementary Travel form. So no signature needed.

Come on CIC, you had a nice long holiday weekend. Let's see some PERs and fee charges today!

I think that's changes made toward Citizenship requirement.

CIC plz give me my PER. Can't wait anymore.

I can see that you are a 02nd May applicant. If you still haven't received PR, then it is a matter of concern. Did you try emailing them?
