hello friends....

Do any body knows the process to add missing document in original application....original application is on the way to Sydney NS not yet reached Immigration office....

Can any body help me or suggest me some way out to add document i forgot to include in application(birth certificate) and what are the chances that my application will return back because of this ? I sent marriage certificate which is having D.O.B column...will that work ?


is it not possible that courier company hold my package at destination and i send one more package from here and then they club both the package into one before delivery to CIC office ?

if ur application is through courir you can ask them by email to hold it and return it to u back undelivered. this is possible by email only through the same agent where u booked your parcel.
but if it delivered already then u have wit untill VO will send u back your whole package. no chances of addtion of papers. but if they accepted ur application in that case they will ask u to update your papers not issue.

I am working for a private institute affiliated to a university..... can i apply as a university lecturer or not?

Yes you can. Collect all supporting details, affiliation details, website details, detailed profile of the college you are working with images and facilities, courses taught, well supported experience certificates, pay slips, pf statements, IT returns etc. etc. All the best,td

if some missing info about father name yes yu can submit the affidavit or some NEWS papers ADDS that you have already informed to the ppl about the name of your father.

As I am single do i need to send following forms or should i send by marking NA???

1)additional dependent
2) separate decalaration for minor travelling to canada
3)additiona family
4) stautatory declaration for common law union

If any form is not applicable, you don't need to send it.

yes possible as long as you have to provide them all necessry documents, what r u teaching, how many lectures and level of education lectures, along with the syllabus.

These forms does not directly affect you so you may as well don't send them.
Even if married.......if a form doesn't relate to you,no need of sending it.

Thanks for the reply. But NOC 4011 reads the primary statement like this

4011 University professors and lecturers

University professors and lecturers teach courses to undergraduate and graduate students and conduct research at universities. University professors who are heads of departments are included in this unit group.

Because of ' and conducts research, i am a bit confused. As i do not have published research papers, and also can not substantiate research experience with evidence. So, is it necessary to have published research? otherwise i have all other duties performed and can be evidenced properly.

Also, If i get publication in 2 months, do I have a chance to apply, i mean will this category be open till july 1st week?

Just needed to know that if one sends a proper work experience letter on the company letterhead, but without the company seal/ stamp , would that be a problem?all other supporting documents like joining letter,promotion letters,salary slips are present as supporting docs. Is the company stamp mandatory?
A genuine advice would be highly appreciated

Dear Bangladeshi friends,

I have few more queries:

1. As the bank draft in Bangladesh can only be taken from Standard Chartered Bank, do they accept bank statements and letter for settlement funds from other banks? Please comment.

2. Is combination of Fixed deposit, and savings balance acceptable for settlement funds?

3. Also as you know Bangladesh National ID cards don't have expiry dates , in this case did you include your national id info or left it blank?

The instruction referring to company seal or stamp says if applicable/available.
This can be sent if the company seal or stamp isn't available provided you included other documents you mentioned.
You are good to go.

You need not condemn the experts on this forum as they gave the advice based on the information at hand.Part of the blame should be directed to cic who never for once gave indication that there will be FSW in 2014.The only information they gave was that everybody should prepare for expression of interest in January,2015.
If I remember very well,responses were that nobody is sure if it will commence or not.
Please don't make them feel bad for information they innocently gave......let them have a large heart to help others at now who are helpless.
I know how you feel personally because I'm somehow affected too........but to be fair to them.......they gave the information based on information displayed on cic website.

I agree with this post. No one purposely misled anyway and CIC were always indicating that they would move to EOI. At the end of the day, if you ask a question on a forum, you will get someone's personal opinion and it is up to you whether to accept it or make your own decision. If someone had told you there would be a fSWP 2014 and you spent thousands of dollars but there was no program, you'd be more upset. I am a candidate from last year and missed the cap, even I thought that was the last chance on points.

Just be happy the program re-opened and the cap is 1000. You still have a good chance. I sat IELTS on May 17 last year and still only missed the cap by 2 weeks when it was only 300. Best if luck.

My uncle is PR holder in canada and he is living retired life. He left india just before 2 months. I want to show him as my relative to get addaptability point. He has following documens: PR card,Health card,birthcertificate,marriage cerificate. I want to know this documents are enough or I need to collect more documents from him...
