They more or less correspond to my duties and i applied for 2281...it will be better if you send another file for 2281.
BTW who suggested you to apply for 2171? did you just go by the name of the NOC code without checking its job duties?
As it clearly states that it is a kind of business analyst job which deals with designing & documenting stuff for policies and procedures of the IT deptt. but the duties you have listed are of the person who performs those IT implementations using those policies and procedures in mind.
here is the JD for 2171...please go through them and then go over your duties...and please let us know how are they matching?
