in FSW 2013, CIO has rejected application because birth certificate issued by High Commission of India in Mauritius was not accepted by CIC.

Here are the details of applicant:

That FSW 2013 Mauritius case was for the applicant himself so it was rejected. Here, the question is about the birth certificate of child, not the applicant himself so, I think the information provided in the previous post is correct. There should be no issue with the birth certificate issued by Indian consulate to the child.

Is it for the PA or the dependants sir... I have no issues... itz for my children...

For showing work experience, are there any other documents required (e.g. Income tax returns, Form-16) apart from Reference Letter from employer and the Salary slips? I was planning to provide just these 2 documents, if others are not necessary.

I agree with jpn that applying with the birth certificate issued by Indian embassy is a risk. Better you go for affidavit to mitigate this risk.

6th 7th and 8th May have not had PER yet so it maybe sometime before you have it and as you said you got charged on Tuesday, so relax and wait
